Can't you just log in as guest? Or have you been IP banned? If not, just clear out any cookies relating to www.elderscrolls.com, and you'll connect as a guest. You won't be able to post, but you'll be able to browse.

The thread linked is a work in progress. They're collecting questions at this point, and currently have more than 250 questions in 9 different categories.

Without being involved in the process, my understanding is that once everyone has finished throwing ideas into the pot, they'll go through a winnowing process where the most popular 20-30 questions will be selected, and then they'll submit those questions to Bethesda. Before that point, there won't be much point in stuff appearing anywhere other than the thread(s) on the official forums.

I'm sure once the whole thing has gone through and actual new answers have been given, Waiting4Oblivion here will mirror the results, much as they did with the first two interviews.
