I must say I did very much like the space ship wreck layout and I didn´t think that I would. However I prefer the Tower layout for my regular spamming conversation needs

What about you?

I switch a lot. I've been using tower lately. I think they should add more layouts though.

Meh. I´d probably stick with Tower anyway. Too many choices makes for a grumpy mirocu

I think this is what Beth forum looked like when I first joined up in ´07. I never liked how they went away from that layout

On the bottom left corner of the forums, there is a little thing that should say tower. You can switch between two layouts. Tower and spaceship wreck,

There is much truth in this. When BethSoft did a major revision in 2010, the new format/coloring was okay for short posts but horrible for longer posts like fanfic. I quite disliked (and still do) the dark background with white letters. That is exactly why many of us picked up our fanfics from there and migrated here in 2010. I immediately fell in love with the soothing color and format of 'Tower' here and think it is just perfect for our longer posts like fanfic.

We are so on the same page here, my friend I can manage the dark background and white text but I much prefer chorrol´s look.

Edit: I take it you don´t use space ship then?

I'm so used to the Tower layout, that when I tried the Space Wreck, I couldn't figure out where the forums buttons were, and how to switch it back.

After a few hours of banging on my keyboard like a panicked chimpanzee, it somehow reverted back.

Never again.

I've been on tower for ages now. Tried out Spaceship Wreck but all the buttons being moved out to new places and the colour scheem just didn't work for me.

I've used space ship wreck ever since I discovered its existence, and I quite like it. Tower's good as well, but I haven't switched back. Can't actually say why I like space ship wreck so much, though it might have to do with the fact the I love orange.

Tower, there is some functionality in Tower that doesn't exist in Space Ship.
