Okay, so a little while ago a mentioned I was working on a project; I think it's about time I start to discuss it.

It came about as me looking through the Oblivion wiki and, for some reason, I typed my characters Breeva's name into the search bar. Obviously nothing came up... so it got me to thinking; maybe there should be a wiki page where people can create a page dedicated to their characters?

An in depth and fun guide for people to look up to find out everything there is to know about peoples characters?

The pages will include a start to finish guide on the characters journey, a background guide, quotes, notable missions, relationships, stat info... basically everything you would find on a wiki regarding NPC's.

I'm starting work on it, but it would be great to have people on board!

It will be for ES and FO characters

I would go into more detail, but I'm finding git hard to get the words out... so ask me about it!

Thank you! I really can't wait to get started properly, and I hope people are on board! It will probably be a while for it to be up and running as I understand some people wont have a lot of time on their hands to contribute... but Rome wasn;t built in a day!

I just need a name for the wiki, now! Ideas?

Iīm very certain Iīll pitch in with my two characters and Iīm positive Acadian and others will too

Since itīs not only TES and not only FO... Something like Bethesda Characters wiki or similar. I wouldnīt name it RPG Characters wiki cause that could involve any RPG like WoW and others. We want to focus on these two Beth game franchises, right?

Actually including others might not be a bad idea, but this is Eva's project so she'll have to define the scope.

Well I was thinking more or of a page for game and characters frequently mentioned on here... but I think that a general Bethesda character guide might be batter and cast a wider net

EDIT: Although personally, I will be heavily focusing more on ES and FO

I think you have a nice niche there, Eva. Beth characters includes many games besides TES and FO and provides a wide range of characters anyway

This wiki thing is hard to use! I'm trying to do my page for Eva to use as a template... but it's not going very well! Haha. Ah well, practice makes perfect!

I apologise for not being able to join in...Not sure I have the time to be honest...Or could pick which of the ES characters to put in...They're all limelight hoggers... ...

It was actually very easy. Just find and choose the option 'add a page.' Then ignore all that code looking stuff and type your content into that tiny sliver of a text box. You can preview the page whenever and when you are ready press the publish button.

I think this is a very neat idea! I have seen similar things for Everquest, and I think a few other games as well.

I am going to put a page up for Valrimor eventually. I have to wait until his story is a bit further along so as not to give any spoilers. There is still some character development left to be revealed to the readers.

Yep, moderate threadomancy here, but I only just saw this.

First off, this idea is absolutely awesome. Secondly, can I add a page for what I've started calling "The Mustard Isles"; it's not a character (duh!) but it's the take on the Shivering Isles I used in my Madgod story, and I'd quite like to do a wiki page on it, even if it's just so I can have some fun showing off the worldbuilding I did for Madgod. Chyahs!

Mustard
