I have the (veiled threatening) PM he sent me before he got banned February 2013, all the spelling errors/punctuation errors, grammatical errors, stupidity - there, rants on the boards are still up for comparison, Jan-Feb 2013; and his ridiculously high opinion of his own moral ethics as compared to everyone else on the planet can be clearly found in his opinionated posting from that period; also his cryptic veiled mutterings. I won't even begin to mention the similar profile name. I have no doubts it is flower, if I'm wrong I'll eat the nearest rose petal, lol. (and then spit them into a toilet that has been left unflushed).

See, flower wanted us all banned when he was on here before due to our moral laxity, our use of the forums to post spammy fun stuff, etc. He picked unmercifully at Acadian, who was NOT a mod then. You know me, I jumped to Acadian's defense.

In the PM to me he all but says, "this isn't over between us." He blamed me because he was being banned, (not his own actions that got him in trouble).

If you read what he wrote, he all but says he came back for me, to get even for that. But I wasn't here, and he came up with the plot to use my image and name. It would have worked, but you all knew me too well and blew him out of the water.

When I came back, he came back for his revenge (and got run out of Dodge).


It IS flower, I have NO doubt. If I'm wrong, I will defacate on eat a rose (and then spit it into a toilet that has been left unflushed).

That is just the point DE, that even with everyone here wanting it to be me (they weren't smart enough to pull off an impersonation). This person has 3 times been on this site and all three times has been drummed off because they were instantly seen as a trouble maker. They aren't clever enough (or sane enough) to be able to hide their mental issues.

What we are is a caring community. We may have tiffs and issues, like any family might - but when adversity hits, we all drew together to route it. The people that left, every one of them returned to route the enemy from this site. Yes, they may drift away again now that the enemy is vanquished, but they cared enough to come and stop the attack immediately. That is from the heart, these people cared enough to come and help in the fight. THAT is hugely important, it speaks of the hearts and trustability of these that left - they are still there for us when we are facing trouble.

The imposter can never take that away, he does not have the capability to really break us apart. His impersonation of me only worked at all because you all cared and wanted to believe it - this person is and has nothing. On the other hand, we all have a friendship that stretches beyond the borders of this site.

'When I was younger I joined a forum then decided I didn't like my name so created a new one. Within minutes I had an email from a mod asking why i had two accounts with the same IP...

Not that I'm saying mods should be actively looking up people's IP, but clearly this persons is a threat to the forum so I was wondering what power we (specifically the mods) have in finding this guys IP, or any other info.

Sorry if that was stupid, just wondering.

Vital, while not encouraged, there is nothing wrong in itself with having more than one account here. We have several members who fall into that category. Some are completely aboveboard and public about it, while others believe they are doing so without anyone being aware. And these members do not always register with nor use the same IP. The real problems begin when someone tries to use such accounts for mischief or nefarious purposes.

Mods do have the ability to determine this type of info. But remember that changing IPs and creating new ones is not hard. There's little doubt that this recently banned troublemaker is not new to Chorrol - yet the new identity was made with a discrete IP that has not been used here before.

They are getting even for being banned previously, and they were banned previously because they are NOT right in the head.

They were banned from Bethesda Official forums too, for the same reason (and Bethesda noticed they had a distinctive posting style too, which is why I immediately was sure it was this particular person when I first read the imposter's posts saying they were me).

They make grammatical and punctuation errors second graders know better than making.

Read their previous posts on here Jan-Feb 2013 - and their posts on Bethesda Official forums (banned in 2011 (I think) from there). It is obvious English is not their first language, sentence structure/grammer/punctuation - they were making the same errors even before they were angry and were trying to hide their identity.

They harrassed Acadian at Bethesda, came here and almost immediately began harassing him here - and attacking Buffy.

Anyway, they have a very weird/strict moral standard (that no one can meet) and got ridiculously offended by seeing screenshots of characters wearing bathing suits or the Huntsman's Vest, etc. (These were too sexy, making the character appear trashy according to the flowernut).

Well, knowing me as I'm sure you do - you know that as soon as they ranted about the sluttiness of our characters, I began posting screens of sexy outfits on characters (even if I had to just download screens off the internet on characters I didn't know). Acadian began posting Buffy's "Outfit of the day," etc. A bunch of us joined in on that.

Anyway, then they started a fic with Buffy as the main character, it mirrored Buffy's early chapters growing up in Bravil - but they made her out to be a hoe - that is when I blew my stack and started reporting them every time they turned around. No one messes with Buffy!

They got banned, and immediately after that Acadian was elevated to his position of authority (became a mod).

Oh Liz, according to some of these posts the guy/girl lived in England/Great Britain. (Doesn't mean English was their first language, any more than it would if they lived in this country) - but some of their idiosyncrasies could be from posting via their cell phone - which would also give them a different IP address than their home based computer would.

Some clues to tell if the imposter is flowerboom, aka OBSKMO, aka DEATH-OF-URIEL. All three of those usernames are the same person, and all three had an annoying habit of saying 'ow' instead of 'oh'. Punctuation marks were frequently left floating in the middle of space , like this . Instead of this.

I got those same nasty PMs from flower, too. :yuck:

That is interesting, Renee - because that OBSKMO profile had friended me on the Bethesda board while I was offline sick - but the profile was already banned when I got on my Bethesda account yesterday.

I hadn't been on the account in over a year, but my security settings had always allowed for friends to add themselves without my permission and post on my board without permission. I changed that immediately, and alerted Leydenne as to why I did (told her of the impersonation as well).

It seems they have had the same problem we had here, flowerboom keeps trying to slip back in through the cracks. Leydenne said the Mods there recognized flower in every disguise by the odd posting style, and flower's accounts there keep being shut down.

I'll ask Leydenne if flowerboom's other identities showed from different vacinities than the UK, or if Austin TX was one of them; (really don't know how the IP tracking works).

I would be very surprised if it turned out not to be Flowerboom, because they are the only person online who would have any cause to be upset with me to the point of doing all this.

The similarity in the writing style (AKA grammatical errors) is why I instantly thought Flowerboom, that and Flowerboom's history of harassing and stalking Acadian, then threatening other members who defended him or didn't agree with their rigid moral standards they felt no one but themselves could meet.

But, that said - that isn't to say there isn't a possibility another nut exists in this world.

If the person actually lives in the US, (and especially around the Austin area which is known to be a high security area due to the proximity of the military) then they are much easier to be stopped by Homeland Security, especially if they don't have full citizenship here.
