i found a one who can cure vampire disease but she needs 5 grand soul gems to help...where i supposed to get those ?

You can get them from some merchants, the mages guild, and you can kill some things for them.
player.additem 000977E3 1 will completly cure you, just type that into the console.
this is for the soul gems. player.additem 00015b8e 5

the cure cheat doesn't works :S

Then go look for them. They aren't hard to find. Find them in shops, dungeons, and etc. The easy way out isn't the best.

If you go to chorrol.com (The Home Page) and go to the Oblivion Help section under Enchanting Guide, they list about 15-20 Grand Soul Gem locations as well as what level you begin seeing them as "leveled loot."
