I haven't been a vampire in Oblivion yet, but I've heard you have to meet the Count of Skingrad to start finding a cure.

As a vampire, you can start the cure quest by talking to a chapel priest or healer. If you are in the DB, talk to Vincente Valtieri. The will direct you to Raminus Polus at the Arcane University. Have fun and post back here if you have problems with it.

I talked to Raminus Polus at the Arcane Univ, he directed me to a Count, who said a witch could help me. THEN, she said she would help me if I could get her 5 grand soul gems.
That's my problem, I don't know where to get them, so I'm back to square 1.

There are stores that sell them like the Mystic Emporium, some Mages Guilds have them laying around, not sure if it is stealing though.
