In the main ques you wull be asked to creat the staff of Sheogorath,you will need two items,to creat it, an Eye and some wood from the (Tree of Shades).Do enyone know how we get some wood from the Tree of Shades ??

Well, I don't have Oblivion (or Shivering Isles for that matter.) But if Morrowind is any indication, I can think of three options.

1: Activate the tree like you would activate a chest.
2: Find the expert woodcutter. (is there one?)
3: Find the tool required to harvest from the tree.

Best advice I can give you is to check out the UESP wiki. I checked it out recently for my Battlespire study and I noticed a Shivering Isles section. They might have the answer you seek.

And to get the wood from the Tree just activate the Tree after defeating its guardian (your clone) and that's it. The compass should point you directly to the part of the Tree you can activate.

The reflection/the shadow of me, does not come when I come close to the stone/obelisk or when I am tuching it.Do enyone have the same problem or do enyone know a chest to get the evel shadow or to get the Branch from the Tree of Shades??

I'd try loading a previous save and approaching the Tree again to see if that'd make the shadow appear. If it doesn't, try writing SetStage SE11 160 in the console and see if you that will allow you to activate the Tree and get what you need from it.

If it's still not working try with Player.AddItem 0001363E 1 and SetStage SE11 190.

The shadow wasn't supposed to appear with those SetStage commands. The first one, 160, is the stage where you've just defeated the shadow and the latter is the one where you've defeated the shadow and taken the branch from the tree.

I'd have to say that there really isn't a way to make the shadow appear just like that with the console. It's created in a script by first using the CreateFullActorCopy fucntion on the player and after that it's altered so that it gets the right visual effect, is placed close to the player and finally actually attacks the player as it's supposed to. Now, with the console you could probably create a copy of the player but it wouldn't show up anywhere. So I'm guessing it's a negative.

Well, to actually get the clone to appear in the game you'd need to use two commands. The first to create the clone and the second to place the clone in the world somewhere. Since as far as I know you can't get the ID of the clone when you create it there's no way to use a command to place the created clone somewhere in the game. This simply needs a script similar to the one this particular quest is using right now.

Unless of course Player.PlaceAtMe Player.CreateFullActorCopy 1 256 0 actually works.
