The new one

Arygon released his first bolt from his Dwemer Crossbow aimed for Rahvin's heart. Arygon wasn't sure if this was an act, or real but either way, it would be useful to keep a bolt in his crossbow, then he heard someone calling out to a man standing jsut outside the cave, it confirmed that this was an act, but he was still loading his crossbow...
Rahvin
Rahvin gave Sadril a slight shrug that replied to his question with, "Hell if I know."
He had been about to continue the mock-fight, when he heard the click of Arygon's crossbow. He quickly moved aside, but it wasn't quick enough. He grimaced in pain as his upper arm was pierced with an arrow.
He also heard the voice outiside, revealing Deagan's presence...
"You bastarde. Don't you dare interfere." he spat, trying to ignore the searing pain in his arm. At least it wasn't his right arm. He had been about to say something about how cowardly Arygon was by firing at him unprepared, but he couldn't say much, being an assassin.
Deagan, Outside the Cave
Deagan looked to the stranger as he rode up in the darkness hoping he wouldn't notice but it was too late, he'd already spoken to him and given away his position.
He stepped back from the man and into the light emerging from the cave, now in plain sight.
"Great...thanks alot..." He said to the stranger
Wow this doesn't look too suspicious...
Deagan turned around slowly looking at everything going on inside the caves...plans did tend to backfire alot...now everyone would know he was there.
"What'd I miss?" Deagan said with a half smile that quickly faded, his hand was near his weapon in a ready position...
We're in trouble now...
Arygon discarded his Crossbow, it would take too long to reload, so instead he stepped back toward where Telina had run off to with Brianna (just sticking them together, sry girls) Arygon hoped Flint would come back from his... break... and help him out, it was unlikely that Arygon could take all three of the assassins himself.
OOC: After Edit: Thats unfair Shogun
Ranes, Outside the cave
Ranes stared at the man. "Thanks for...." he trailed off as he leaned to see what was going on in the cave. "Well, I found Gorrmund...." he muttered to himself, and dismounted. The man's nature and the fight going on inside put Ranes on alert and he watched the man carefully.
"I'm guessing you're not here with good intent," Ranes said he pulled his claymore from its' sheath. "In which case, you should leave now."
Sadril, Cave or Something
""Hey assassin!" Sadril called out to Rahvin making it look like he was trying to distract the man but in reality was getting his attention. Sadril then sprinted off towards Arygon, who had been foolish enough to put himself between the assassins and Brianna.
He leaped clear over Arygon and landed directly in front of Brianna, Rahvin's poisoned dagger at her neck. He hissed at her, "My sword or your life--" and glanced down at her stomach, "and your son's too."
OOC: sry i ignored you darkhunter, but i had to scare brianna one more time
note: a poisoned dagger is at her neck.
Brianna, cave
Brianns stood absolutely still, she felt the dagger at her neck.....her heart was pounding.....then the world began to spin..faster and faster.....the katana fell to the ground with a bang..she didnīt hear it, in fact she heard nothing at all because she was slowly falling to the ground.....unconscious!
OOC: ok sadril, you managed! sheīs now unconscioius..maybe you scared her to death??
I have to log off now....Aki or Danny....control her if itīs needed..please?
Arygon turned to the vampire, who had just dived over him, "Degraded to scaring women, now are we?" Arygon had to walk sideways toward the prone form of Brianna since he couldn't take his eys off Rahvin or the vampire. Arygon stooped, dwemer sword out to the side, lifted Brianna over his shoulder, and paced backward, sword raised in a defensive poistion, his shield was back with his armour on the platform, so he walked backward towards it...
OOC: Brianna's down, and Arygon's carrying her, again, so no control needed ![]()
Good night all.
Deagan, Cave
Deagan backed up even deeper into the cave almost right next to Rahvin.
He glanced back and forth between the people inside the cavern and the man between himself and the exit. He drew his blade as the man near the entrance did and stood fast, it appeared that everyone was at a standoff...
An escape plan would be good right about now...
He ran through several plans quickly through his head but the man near the entrance seemed to be a very large problem not to mention the others around the cave if they should decide to attack...Deagan had no ideas for this one.
At least the female archer near the edge of the room seems to have fainted thanks to that vamp, that's one less to worry about...
Deagan didn't want to be the one who started the fight so he stood calmly, though he was unsure what he was waiting for, he stayed still and quiet.
Rahvin
Rahvin broke off both ends of the bolt that had gone all the way through his arm; he'd have to find a way to heal that later.
He tossed the pieces aside before readying the dagger in his hand for a throw.
"Don't move any more." he demanded. "Put the woman down, or you can die with her. This dagger is poisoned; if it so much as nicks you, you'll die within the hour."
It was an exaggeration, of course; it would take almost a week for someone to die of the poison, but it would happen, nonetheless.
Flint Ironwood, to the rescue!
,,Surprise! I believe we still have some unfinished bussiness, assassin!" Flint shouted as he came out of hiding behind Deagan. He send a pair of throwing stars towards Deagan and then rushed forward without waiting for the stars to hit. He held his katana in one hand and his dagger in the other.
Flint had always known that something was wrong. He'd climbed out of the lookout and moved behind the assassins. Ambush the ambush. He trusted Arygon to hold his own for a while, though Flint also knew that it wouldn't be easy.
Telina, pissed off!!!!
Apparently the assassins had missed to notice that Telina was there...perfect. She took up her bow, and carefully nocked an arrow in it, and drew it all the way back...abd the snuk up behind Rahvin.
"One move and you're dead...murderer", she said to him, while she held the bow close to his head...
OOC. She is a bit angry as you can imagine...
Arygon was still decideing what to do about the poisoned dagger when Flint jumped out, soon followed by Telina. Arygon decided that he could fight well enough with Brianna draped over his shoulders, so he turned and started running up the staircase. He made it to the top, threw Brianna in one of the hammocks, and strapped on his armour. He then looked for the vampire, it seemed that Flint and Telina had ignored him,so Arygon walked to the top of the staircase "Come and get her Vampire" Arygon called out.
Deagan, Caves
Deagan ducked the throwing stars and rushed towards his opponent quickly in one fluid motion. He got close stabbed for the shoulder of his attacker before stepping back to look around a bit, he knew that he had to be careful not to be attacked by the others around him while he was fighting.
"You're nothing but a fool and a coward..." Deagan trailed off remembering that he did not know the name of his attacker
He didn't circle this time instead he slowly moved in closer and closer to his target, careful not to be attacked by more than one at once. He flung his arm out in an attempt to strike his opponent with his blade.
Flint Ironwood, the cave (where else?)
Flint dodged the sword and stepped back at the same time as Deagan. The fact that the man had dodged two stars coming in from behind meant that he was good. This would not be easy.
Flint ignored the man's talking and remained silent. Talking was just a waste of breath and he also knew that there was something scary about a silent opponent.
He stood his ground as Deagan came closer.
When the man attacked, Flint ducked while swinging at Deagan's legs before continuing his motion in a backward roll. When his feet touched the ground again, Flint launched himself up into the air and released one of the few charges his katana still had left as he flew over Deagans head. Back on the ground, Flint spun around and slashed again as he moved into a crouch.
(Yes, he is aggressive.)
Arygon wished that he hadn't discarded the crossbow, it would've been useful. Arygon watch Telina move into position for a killing shot, and Flint was duelling with Deagen. But where did the vampire go? and why is Gormund just standing there? Arygon decided to look for the Bonemeld Bow that he had tossed somewhere earlier on the platorm.
Esethir Cavey area
Esethir smiled as he watched the scene unfold before him - how fun it was to see the world at play. He studied them for a long while before seeing it was going against the assassins favour. He decided he would help these apparently helpless "assassins", even if it did mean he would have to share the reward money.
He stepped foewards slowly, slipping off his gloves. boat he thrust them into a top ppocket he set invisibility upon himself and broke into a run. He easily got past the claymore weliding horseman and set upon the angry woman currently threateinng Rahvin.
He dived at her, gruting as he attempted to carry her with his full force into the pile of clothes. He did not need Rahvin dead - he still needed to explain what happened in the room to him.
With the likely chance that he did throw her to the floor he did nothing to get up, merely held her down. It was then that his invisibility purposefully wore off - he would rather the assassins knew where not to throw their daggers.
Telina...tackled.
Telina felt something large and heavy crash into her, and then they both fell to the floor. But strangely the "thing", did not go off her...and instead it pinned ehr to the floor, just that all the sudden the obvious invisibility spell he had used, vore off, and Telina looked into the eyes of the man who had been in Jadiers bedroom, many hours or days ago...and she had supported the man.
She felt the rage build up insede her, she wanted to get up but he was to strong for her, it was then she remembered the most painful place you could possibly hit a man.
With the speed and strenght of a lion, she drove her knee up in the man's groin, and watched his eyes cross, beacuse of the searing pain...she managed to roll him off, and then she stood up, and kicked towards his unprotected face...
OOC: Hope thats not uber konrad
OOC: LOL Tellie
Skoll Yggdrasil
Near entrance of Arygon's Cave
Skoll could hear combat unfold within the cave. Soon followed came a man on horseback, riding up to the cave entrance drawing his claymore against one of the men outside. Not far after he could see the tracks in the snow of someone making they're way into the cave, invisible.
Skoll knew that someone would need help, but confused of the action taking place - along with who to help inside the cave.
Skoll called Fenrir, who came up by his side. He got up his bow and with a enchanted arrow in his right hand he rushed down against the cave entrance. Heading for the man on the horse.
Arygon was enraged that he couldn't do anything to help in the fighting. But then he decided to do something that had no gain for himself, for once, he threw his most valueable thing at Ethiser who was cringing in pain from Telina kicking him. Arygon's Dwemer shortsword wasn't balanced for throwing, but Arygon decided to throw it anyway, he threw the Dwemer shortsword, twirling end over end, across the cavern toward Ethiser.
Brianna, in the hammock, confused
Brianna woke up right in the middle of the fight. She shook her head to get fully awake and then carefully crawled so she could have a better look at whatīs going on.
Lots of fighting, then she smiled seeing Telina kick a man......on a very delicate spot,
"yay go for it lassie"
Then she noticed Flint....and another man, a tall very handsome man with extremely blonde hair.......oozing out strength and power
"I wonder who that is?"
She decided to not reveal herself..not yet. The problem was that she lost her bow and arrows.....but then again she was pretty good at throwing things, so she gathered some stones lying around....just in case that dreadful vampire would get nearer
Rahvin
Rahvin had been about to grab the arrow that was set against his neck before Esethir came to the rescue. Only to be kicked in a place that didn't need to be.
He looked around for a place to fit in when it came to the fight raging around him, but he was unable to until seeing someone peek from the top of the stairs...
Keeping a firm grip on his dagger, he ran up the steps, towards Brianna...
OOC:
Deagan, Cave(all the popular kids hang out there)
Deagan jumped the quick slash toward his legs and tried to counter it but before he could the man had jumped back out of range and then recovered quickly. His opponent jumped high into the air and launched a spell that barely missed Deagan and hit in front of him before exploding on the ground...
Telekinesis...
Deagan turned just in time to block the incoming slash with his blade.
He backed up a bit and smiled at his opponent before stabbing for his stomach once again. He tried to look as focused as possible, appearance was everything and if his opponent thought he had no weakness he wouldn't be as confident in himself.
Damn this guy is fast...seems inexperienced but maybe that is his plan...this has been interesting but it's time to end this...
With that Deagan followed the jab by a quick kick for his opponent's legs in an attempt to trip him.
Flint Ironwood, the usual place.
All of Flint's attacks were stopped by the man.
"Nocturnal! This guy is good!"
Flint just barely dodged the stab at his stomach but the kick struck the glass hidden under his pants. It didn't hurt him, but it was enough to make him lose his balance. Flint staggered and allowed himself to fall in the direction he was moving. He rolled on his back and launched his last two blasts of telekinesis at Deagan before casting his invisibility and getting out of the man's range.
Flint got up again and moved away from the fight. His spell would last for a while which hopefully would be enough for someone to drop his guard.
Brianna, top of stairs
Noticing Rahvin with the dagger heading towards her in a terrible speed, Brianna flunged herself backwards, stumbled on Arygonīs bow, made a salto.....realising this was really not good!
She hadnīt a chance of escaping from up here, it was too late using the bow.....
"vomica cruor!" she shouted....but her accuracy was very bad at the moment and the terrible spell almost missed its target.....the red fireblast went beside Rahvin, but just touched his one arm, so he dropped the dagger......
The next thing she knew......he was over her, knocking her hard to the ground, the sound of her head hitting the stone-wall was disgusting!!!
OOC:
okies.....now you fight a woman,
your arm should hurt a lilībit!
Deagan, Cave
Deagan smirked as his kick landed and served its purpose, his opponent was staggering backwards now. He started to move closer when two more blasts flew from the hands of the man before him.
Deagan jumped to the side causing one of the blasts to miss him but what he didn't realise was that he'd moved directly into the path of the other blast. He could see it coming as if it were in slow motion but he knew that he didn't have time to get out of the way.
Damn...
The blast hit him and caused him to fly a few feet into the air before returning to the ground...hard. As he rose he looked around quickly, unable to find his opponent or the sword that he'd lost while in the air.
He pulled his dagger and looked around slowly, keeping on his guard.
Rahvin
Great, now both of my arms hurt like hell! he thought to himself. At least the target seemed to be under control. He fumbled around on the ground for his dropped dagger so he could finish the deed.
He found it, and was about to slit her throat when he stopped. Sheathing his dagger, he bent down and whispered in her ear.
"Get the hell out of here, before I find you again."
He figured she may be unconscious, but she may have heard him subconciously. Either way, he couldn't kill her. He had never had that kind of hesitation before, and couldn't explain it. He just couldn't do it.
He dragged her back into the room with the hammock before heading back down the stairs to help Deagan.
I'm no better than the altmer. he thought, confused over his own actions.
"Where is he?" he asked Deagan as he went bacl to back with his companion. "I sknow him go invisible, but no more."
Deagan, Cave
"I'm not sure where he is...did you take care of the girl?" he said to Rahvin
Deagan gripped the dagger tightly wishing he hadn't lost his sword, he would've felt much safer with a longer reaching weapon but he was relieved that Rahvin had joined him at least.
Where the hell is he?
Deagan's eyes scanned the room carefully watching and also on the lookout for his trusty blade.
Arygon dived out of the shadows on to Rahvin's shoulder's and did what had come from being a vampire for a year. Arygon bit him.
OOC: Ha! that's going to hurt...
Arygon pummeled Rahvin over the head, and all the while kept on trying to get a good bite into Rahvin's neck. Piercing the windpipe or the jugalar would kill him instantly, but Arygon was on his back and would have to get daggered in the head to bite in the front.
Gorrmund, Caves
Gorrmund had been trying his best to attack the many fiends and murderes, but the action had been so crowded he could barely get a shot in. He walked towards his lordly nemisis, Rahvin, and pointed his sword towards his stomach. "I hope your ancestors are proud of you, threatening pregnant women and using assasins. You forget your race" he yelled before lunging towards his enemy. This two handed power thrust was in no mastery book, but he doubted the vampire could retaliate very fast or effectively due to the legnth of the claymore.
Arygon was clinging off Rahvin's shoulders, and Gormmund told him to get off. Arygon knew that was suicidal. He was short a sword, having thrown it at Ethiser, and Rahvin wouldn't thank him for biting him sevral times. Arygon covered Rahvin's eyes with his hands, held on tightly and pushed his legs outward trying to break Rahvin's back. And at the same time Gormmund made a swing with his claymore...
Arygon looked over Rahvin's head, ah the vampire was trying to order him around now. Arygon kicked Rahvin in the knees, buckling them, and punched Rahvin in the side of the head. Arygon stepped over Rahvin, took Rahvin's dagger, and stepped into the vampire, thrusting forward with Rahvin's dagger.
OOC: Time to teach the vamp a lesson
Rahvin
Rahvin looked through blurred vision as he shakily stood to his feet after Arygon stepped over him. He was bleeding from both his neck bite and the bolt in his arm, and his other arm felt like it was burning from the inside out.
So this is what mercy gets me: two almost-useless arms and a phony vampire bite. he htought bitterly.
Nonetheless, he found a place to fit himself into the battle. He stood over Sadril as he replaced his stolen dagger with another, and aimed it for Arygon's now-exposed back.
Flint Ironwood, hidden somewhere.
Flint saw that Deagan had lost his sword and was just about to step in from behind when someone with a Claymore attacked the man.
"Sure, go ahead. I'm not that interested in killing anyway."
Flint watched for a bit longer to see the fight unfold. Arygon was acting like a savage on Rahvin's back.
Arygon let go and approached the vampire with a stolen dagger. Flint saw how Rahvin got up and took out another dagger. He moved forward and raised it for a nice stab in Arygon's back.
"Oh no you won't." Flint thought as he launched a quick kick to the assassin's head while still hidden by his invisibility spell. If it hit, the impact would make him visible again, but Rahvin's headache would be worse.
Arygon looked back at Flint who had just dived onto Rahvin, appearently Rahvin had thrown a dagger at him. There it was, the pain was being partially blocked by adrenline, but Arygon could feel it sticking out of his back. Arygon looked down at the vampire who had thrown himself on the ground to dodge, "Yes, we are going to be best of friends," Arygon bent over held the dagger to the back of the vampires neck, and lifted the vampire to his feet. " You have 10 seconds vampire, start running, 10 ... 9 ... 8 ..."
OOC: ... Sadril has A chance to survive, will he take it? I'm not planning on killing Rahvin, but I dunno what Jack Cloudy is planning on doing...
Telina, beating Eshetir.
Telina's kick, got Eshetir straight in the face, and then he sort of just...relaxed, so he had probably been knocked unconcious.
Telina looked around, this place was a mess, but she dicided that to help her friends and the others fighting the assassins was the best idea.
She ran towards Ravhin, who looked to be in a rather poor condition...and she lunged out after him with her steel dagger.
OOC: I knocked out Eshetir, since Konrad still haven't replied for the kick Telina was about to give him.
Arygon, in danger of being choked to death, did something entirely, or at least hopefully unexpected. He activated his Recall Glove, and reappeared a foot off to the side, "Now vampire try that again." Arygon walked forward. "How about another 10 seconds vampire? 1 ... 2 ... 10!" Arygon stabbed forward with both hands, a dagger in each. The daggers were moving across and downward at angles to seprate the vampire's body from his head.
Esethir was (apparently) unconscious. He also had a sword flying towards him, while unconscious. There was nothing he could do to stop it.
Thankfully - he actually WASN'T unconscious after all, rolling to the side just as the shortsword scraped into the stone in the place of his stomach. He sat up, still cringing from the kick and looking around. He qiuckly threw his steel shortsword and picked up the Dwemer instead, placing it nicely into his sheath. So this venture as profitable after all.
Esethir decided to turn himself invisible once more, long enough easily for him to step out. He walked comfortably over to the many fighters in turn, dodging there blows as he hispered in their ear - "We should go, this fight is not ours. We should not have faced them head on. We ambush."
He then stepped lightly out of the cave, breathed a breath of fresh air and went to lie down in the bushes two hundred yards from the entrance in wait.
Skoll Yggdrasil
Arygon's Cave Entrance
Skoll made his way into the cave, only to see what seemed like a small battlefield with everyone fighting each other. The one threat he could really point out was one of them looking like a Vampire, not quite sure but Skoll had seen Vampire's before on his travels, killed them as well.
Still confused, Skoll stood back with his bow ready and kept his aim on the Vampire but all of a sudden the Vampire vanished. Skoll looked around, but he looked over at Fenir who might catch the scent of the Vampire...
OOC: Someone attack me!
*Edited*
Arygon stumbled as he failed to contact anything in the sudden mist, he glanced around seeing nothing, he cast a Light spell, in hopes it would clear up the fog. Instead in allowed him to see shadows where people were, which was quite useless as Argon was in the middle of the fog and his allies were all around him as well. He was angered by his sudden handicap and sat on the floor concentrating. He could hear receding footsteps, that would be the assassins' Arygon felt too tired to chase them so he reached back and unstrapped his armour. The dagger had pentrated the chitin and left a cut down his back, Arygon looked at Rahvin's other dagger, it seemed to be covered in .. . .. ..
OOC: Arygon realised what happened just as the fell unconscience (sp...)
Isn't that unfortunate?
Brianna, cave of doom
Brianna was still stunned about not being killed by that assassin, so when she noticed everyone else seemed to attack him at the same time , she thouight it was time to act.....
Seeing Telina fight rather well she decided to help her, but she was currently attacking.....that man who did not kill her..... so she shouted:
"Telina!!!! Wait, donīt do it, donīt use that dagger!"
Then she raised Arygonīs bow to see if she could do something to make that vampire....a bit calmer.....
Flint Ironwood, somewhere in the middle of the chaos.
Flint's boot stopped when he heard Brianna shout. A movement out of the corner of his eyes told him that someone had been about to jump Rahvin with a dagger, but stopped. Flint looked at all the injuries. This man sure wasn't feeling lucky. Instead of kicking, Flint grabbed Rahvin by his wounded neck which was quite painfull for the assassin. He then dragged the man over to the door and threw him out of the cave. The whole thing hadn't caused any problems with his invisibility, so Flint was pleased to see that no one tried to kill him.
,,Next time you drop by, don't forget to wipe your feet." Flint said and wanted to turn around. A sudden burst of inspiration hit him and he turned back to the half-unconscious assassin.
,,By the way, Agnar is dead. I sent him flying out of a window quite a bit above the ground. So that means no payment for you, buddy." Flint said and walked back into the cave. He didn't mention the possibility of a pile of hay that might've broken the lord's fall. With a bit of luck, these damn assassins would leave them alone.
Flint entered the cave just in time to see Arygon drop to the floor.
,,Oh, crap. Hey, girls! You don't happen to know anything about treating poison, do you?" Flint shouted. He had no time to deal with Arygon himself and he didn't knew much about healing anyway. Flint raised both his katana and his dagger as his invisibility spell wore off. He approached Deagan who was still duelling the man with the Claymore.
Arygon, was in a grey haze. He couldn't see anything but he could hear the vampire talking " Coward are we, you... you..., you haven't won" Arygon coughed up a mouthful of blood, " haven't won.. yet," Arygon reached for his pack, and pulled a small bottle out, downed it, and kneeled up, lifting Rahvin's dagger slowly, at the range he was at he couldn't miss the vampire, he took his best dive toard the vamp's foot, jabbing downward with Rahvin's poisoned dagger.
Rahvin
He had been unable to fight off Flint with both of his arms near unusable, so he just let the man drag him along. He didn't hear a word the man said through the fog that clouded his head, but they sounded smug and unlikable.
He slowly stood after what seemed to be an eternity, and searched through the forest for something with some helaing properties.
Deagan, Cave
Deagan sidestepped the fireball and pulled his sword up to halt the blows headed at him from the claymore, it was too heavy and each hit caused him to recoil badly, hardly able to keep his balance.
I can't fight this...
He backed off toward the exit of the cave as he clashed blades with the man in front of him, knowing that he couldn't fight off all the warriors inside the cave.
We gotta go...
Deagan waved to Esethir and Sadril within the cave, telling them that he was backing off. He picked up a handful of dirt from the ground and tossed it into the face of his opponent.
"Another time perhaps." He said with a quick smile before leaving the cave
Arygon looked up as the blade was coming down " You seem to forget... friend, that the dagger is poisoned... " Arygon coughed up another handful of blood, "the same... that is killing m... e right now..." Arygon slumped face down laughing weakly into the dirt...
Brianna, cave
Brianna looked at the handsome man, preventing the vampireīs sword from hitting Arygon...she smiled and launched an arrow, hitting the vampīs left arm....
"Godd day Mister", she addressed the stranger, "good work there"
OOC: Ok....first encounter! (with Ranes)
Rahvin
Rahvin collected the required ingredients and began creating a potion that would at least ease his pain. He pulled out the antidote to his poison and drank it, not because he thought he was infected, but because he needed the bottle to put his new potion in. He filled half the bottle with some snow that was lying on the ground and tossed in the crushed leaves and berries.
After finally getting the snow in the bottle to melt, he got ready to drink it. He pulled Arygon's bolt from his arm and quickly drank the potion to help close the wound.
He laid down, sprawled out on a rock.
Why didn't I kill her? was his last thought before drifting into sleep.
Brianna, leaving cave
Brianna was confident that Ranes would take "care" of the vampire, which was a relief. She really didnīt care much for those....creatures...
She decided to leave the cave and so went out. It was rather cold, more snow had fallen and covered all tracks outside. She took a deep breath, adjusted her pouch and started walking. Suddenly she noticed something or rather someone lying on a rock. It was the man who did not kill her, Rahvin they called him.
He was obviously sleeping rather hard because he didnīt notice she was right beside him.
"It would be soo easy.....to just kill him, remember he was somehow involved in the murder of Jadier"
She stood motionless.....thinking, watching him sleep.
"No....I just canīt do it, not in his sleep, I...I...just canīt"
She sighed, took off her coat and put it over the sleeping assassin, to protect him against the cold.
"Why am I doing this?"
Curiosity made her hesitate to walk away.....he could have killed her so easy...but didnīt. That was..very strange, so she would like to know why..if there was an answer to that!
Brianna sighed again and sat down some 5 metres away from Rahvin.....and waited..
"Weird....Iīm giving him a second chance of killing me......why???"
There was definitely no answer to that.....Brianna closed her eyes, but did not fall asleep.
Telina, teh cavezorz
Telina, looked as Flint threw out Ravhin, and just left him there, so she followed, and hid herself. She saw that he collected some ingredients for a potion, which he drunk of, and then he fell asleep over a rock.
After a few minutes Brianna came out, pulled a coat over him, and sat down some metres away from him.
Then Telina stepped out, watching Brianna sit there with a rather puzzled look towards Ravhin.
"So, you feel that he is something else than assassin to...I think we should heal him...make him well agai n, then we can ask him some questions".
Flint Ironwood, the big cave of terror and unspeakable evil.
(How many more names can we think of for the place?)
Flint saw how Deagan escaped. ,,Alright, that means one less to worry about." Flint muttered and turned his attention towards the vampire. He hated people who misused his trust, and vampires had always given him the creeps with their bloodsucking.
,,Alright, mister. You have been one big pain in my behind for a while now." The Breton said as he neared the creature. The man with the Claymore was already busy duelling him, but Flint never cared about honour so a stab from the back sounded like a good plan.
Arygon, a little hole in kuntucy.... I mean his cave
Arygon, spat a little blood out, his potion seemed to have had some effect. Arygon gripped the vampire's boot, and worked on some magic, Arygon managed to summon a dagger, he stabbed it up to the hilt into the vampires other foot. Arygon then rolled sideways and stared up at the cieling (sp) and thought about everything that had happened...
OOC: heh, who cares about the poison! you have one of your feet with a dagger in it, and the other pinned into the floor by a summoned dagger
Deagan, Outside Cave
Deagan staggered to the edge of the woods to look for Rahvin, after a few moments of searching, he did.
Damn women found him first...
Deagan stumbled over next to Rahvin and pulled his bow off his back. It looked like the women were trying to kill him, one was bent down and the other was just standing there watching the other.
"Hello ladies...mind backing away from him? I won't say it again." Deagan said as he pointed the bow at the woman beside him
He didn't want to hurt these women but he couldn't risk them interrogating or capturing Rahvin.
OOC: I'll post later this evening guys.
Skoll Yggdrasil
Arygon's Cave of Confusement (at least for him)
Skoll noticed the Vampire re-appear in the middle of the battle, his katana making it's way for one of the woundeds neck. The Dunmer stopped the killing strike from the Vampire before he got hit by a silver arrow. Skoll knew that this Vampire had to be evil, he slowly moved his aim inbetween the fighting Dunmer and aimed at the neck of the Vampire. Time for the Ice Bow of Yggdrasil to do it's job - he released a arrow called Blizzard, powerfull cold enchantment on. It went straight for the Vampire's neck...
OOC: Had to do something... ...
Flint Ironwood, same place as usual.
Flint was just busy getting around the fighting men when now an arrow whistled past his face towards the vampire. Why did people always hit on the people he was about to attack? Not that it mattered, it just meant he wouldn't have to do anything.
,,Hey, where did the girls go?" Flint said to himself as he looked around. Arygon was in bad shape, but he would survive. Flint looked at the footsteps in the snow just outside the entrance to the cave. It was a bit of a mess, but he could still see several trails leading outside. Too many trails.
,,Oh crap, those stupid idiots!" He shouted as he bolted out of the cave.
"I really have to do something about my plans. I always change them just when I am about to put them into action."
Sure enough, he found them a bit further away, next to Rahvin and...the guy who Flint had now twice tried to duel.
,,Mind if I join the party? Did you miss me?" Flint said as he raised his weapons. This was getting predictable. Rahvin wasn't in shape for another fight, so Flint counted on the assassin to stay out of this.
Flint Ironwood, where the fun is.
,,Hey, no problem. If I wanted Rahvin to die, I would've done it when I had the chance." Flint responded before turning to Deagan.
,,Now if you insist on harming or otherwise bothering these women, please move over to those trees and wait for me to get ready for a duel."
Outside the cave
Esethir stepped out from behind Flint silently, then spoke up.
"The odds are no tso fatal now my friends, but I find no need to tarry here. If what you say is true about Agnar I find no need to kill you..." he told them, then slid quickly to Telina and swung his staff to hit the back of Telina's head.
"Except you."
Arygon, stumbling to the rescue
Arygon saw, through drifts in the fog, Ethiser making to hit Telina, Arygon stood as best he could and began running acroosthe cave to the exit. He was nearly there as the staff started down, he dived, and was cracked in the head by Ethier's staff. This saved Telina, but left him with a cracked chitin helm and his head spinning....
OOC: darkhunter, that would be esethir's staff, not deagon's.. and i thought the idea of bound items was that you couldn't let them go or leave them impailed in someones foot
Sadril; In Trouble
Sadril cringed as another dagger was plunged into his foot, and felt that it was *cough* uneccessary. He reached down to pull the knives that had effectively pinned his feet as an arrow cut across the back of his neck making a deep gash but then freezing it over with its own enchantments.
Damn, I'm in a tight spot.
Sadril knew he was better than all these men, or at least, one in one in the cover of darkness. He however overestimated the effectiveness of Rahvin's poison (had it been faster actng then Sadril would've killed Arygon) and had drawn himself into full on melee combat. He was not equipped for this.
Now enraged, Sadril pulled the two daggers out of his feet, quite painfully, and discarded the bound dagger. He then focused a great deal of magicka into a light spell hopefully temporarily blinding those around him as he dashed for the exit of the cave.
Gotta get to where I can space 'em out, then I can kill them all.
Sadril ran out into the snow just outside the cave, leaving bloody footprints as he ran, and stopped and turned to face the entrance. He took the moment of down time to cast moderate healing spell on his feet (he isn't that skilled in restoration) but left his now bleeding neck unattended. He waited for another challenger.
OOC: nvm, i wont be gone
Deagan, Yeah...you know...
Deagan didn't know what to say, the girl was healing Rahvin...not killing him as he has suspected.
Why would she do that? We just killed her lover and she spares him when he is most vulnerable...
As he stood confused and staring at Rahvin he didn't notice the man walking up until he spoke.
"Not now..." Deagan said stepping between him and Rahvin
Though he wanted to start a fight, Rahvin's safety was more important at the moment and Deagan stood calmly as the snow fell around him.
We need to put some distance between our groups...it won't be long before the warriors figure out where we went...
Flint Ironwood, Rahvin's resting spot.
,,Sure, no problem. I don't feel like doing the old hack and slash anyway. Just don't do things to the ladies they don't like, ok?" Flint said and sat down so he could clean his booths. It turned out that he'd stepped in the dung of a deer somewhere.
,,Aw man, this always happened." He muttered.
Arygon looked up at Flint, "Help me Flint ..." he then collapsed, landing on Deagan's feet. The world went black, but he could hear the voices of people around him...
OOC: Just realised that we used 4 pages of fighting... wow
Flint Ironwood, you know where.
Flint looked up.
,,Oh, bummer. Today just sucks."
Flint stood up and walked towards Arygon, with a wary eye at Deagan.
,,Oh what the hell, as if he's goin got attack me. He's got a honourcode." The Breton muttered to himself as he knelt down and dragged Arygon off Deagan's feet. He took of what remained of the helmet and looked at the man he helt in his arms.
Telina would be able to defend herself just fine now that the surprise was gone, not to mention that Brianna would join in on the fun if the going got rough. So Flint didn't need to worry about them.
Arygon's face was disturbingly pale, probably due to the poison. Flint noticed a small headwound, but nothing serious. With a good rest, the man should be alright. Flint took out one of his numerous small smithing tools he wore on his belt and used it to carefully pull out some small pieces of chitin that were embedded in Arygon's head. That was all he could do for the moment. Flint carefully laid Arygon on the ground and looked at his surroundings.
(Alright, it's 23:30 pm right here, so I might go to bed at any moment. And yeah, we got a bit carried away there, didn't we?
)
Rahvin
Rahvin had been awake for some time, hoping to surprise someone if it came to fighting again. Apparently, he had somehow caused a small truce.
He sat up slowly, abandoning his cover of being asleep.
This is awkward. he thought, especially since Brianna hadn't the sense to keep her mouth shut about what he'd done.
Holding out his hand, he spoke to Sadril. "I believe that belongs to me."
Esethir stood, stunned by what had just occured. This one had gotten in his way again - for all he cared he could die at Deagan's feet. He stared at Telina, bowing as he had don in the room where he had triked her.
"Esethir Madam, at your service." he told her, a slight hint o mocking within his voice. He smiled at her, sheathing his staff on hs back.
Deagan, with everyone else
Deagan looked to the man at his feet, it was the same one that had stuck him with the glass dagger near the start of this whole venture. He took the glass dagger from his belt and thought briefly of stabbing Arygon with it to take his revenge but decided not to because of all the allies the man had nearby.
There will be another time...
He looked to Rahvin as he sat up.
"Welcome back...and I'm glad to see that you took care of the girl..." Deagan said to him with a hint of sarcasm
OOC: We should probably be thinking about some way to end this truce...
Brianna
Brianna was satidfied that Rahvinīs arm was pretty ok again. So now they were even, and that was good.
She looked at him and then turned around and slowly walked away.....utterly tired of fighting and killing-.attempts.
She sat down under a tree and curled up.......
OOC: Not to be rude to Minque, have to go now - Hopefully my post won't intefer or anything!
Skoll Yggdrasil
Outside the Cave
Skoll saw the Vampire build up a rage, rushing past him with furious speed outside to the deep snow and took a quick healing spell. His arrow had hit his neck, but it wasn't as deadly as he wanted it to be.
Skoll nocked another arrow on his bow, this time a poisoned arrow. It wouldn't kill, at least not the poison. But it would inflict pain over the time, very annoying if trying to turn invisible.
Skoll aimed for the chest of the Vampire before releasing the arrow, it pierced it's way through the cold air with deadly speed. Fenrir soon followed, the huge wolf charged swiftly through the deep snow before leaping against the Vampire. The huge jaws filled with rows of keen teeth made it's way for the neck of the Vampire - hopefully to get a good grip and pin him to the ground.
OOC: Sorry to engage in combat when I have to leave, but guess someone can control me. I'll shoot enchanted arrows and Fenrir will attack, if he tries to run I really won't have the greatest problem hunting him down.
Esethir strode over to the vampire, stepping over the dog and ignoring the man. If he was to die by that man's blade then the entrity of Tamriel would know of his cowardice.
"And he half expected it to be sawdust." he told the vampire, smiling as he nodded to the blood. "Ok, I'm not a fan of restoration but..." he told him, mumbling to himself.
He then placed his hand on the vampires heart. (If allowed by Sadril) It was then to Esethir's dismay he saw the muscle and the skin seal up around the arrow. "Bugger, I knew I'd forgotten something."
He angrily attempted to go back on teh spell, but failed miserably. "Sorry friend, at least my magic did some good on the poison but that arrow will stay unless healing lady over there cares to hlep the vampire who hreatened to kill her."
sonuva, minque your invisible so once again i didnt know you were posting...
also, you may want to mention something about removing the arrow, seeing as it was healed into his chest
Brianna
She was nearly asleep when she overheard something about a "healing-lady"....that word, healing, always triggered something inside her.
She went back, seeing the vampire in a very bad shape.
" Do you want me to heal the vampire? He threatened me....but nevermind....Iīll do it, I always was too stupid for my own good. This is probably gonna get me killed!"
She put her hand on the vampireīs chest, trembling .....she was afraid of him....
"exsisto rememdium" she chanted, still holding her hand on the.....thing
"Feeling better now?" she asked the vampire
Esethir smiled, he had been called. The harsh winds of the Northern territory unfolded a subtle whisper around the glade - Esethir's calling. The Mer rose from the crouch and turned on his heels, addressing the congregation. "I shall take my leave. If you are ever in dire need of the safety of a magician's wrath whisper on the wind for me and I shall return for you."
He gazed into the soul of all present, his sight breaking through the barriers of the material plane and delving within the inner most sanctums of the mortals there. He gave them a parting gift - an everlasting warmth within their stomachs to carry them through the desolate wastelands of the Nordic snow-world.
He nodded the vampire, a nod of respect and sorrow. "I promise you, if you are still with us when I return I shall do a better job than that." he told him, a glimmer of a smile flcikering onto his resolute features for a moment before he returned to his solemn look. "Deagan, friend and brother, I thank you for the time we spent together." he told him, bowing.
He walked straight past Deagan, patting him on the shoulder and whispering into his ear as he disappeared into the merciless forest in search of his goal.
"Good hunting, Boss."
Telina, outside.
Telina, who had stood and watched at the man who again had been a coward to attack her when she was not looking...although this time Arygon had thrown himself out of nowhere to take the hit.
The man named Eshetir, bowed, and introduced himself with no small hint of sarcasm, so she had done nothing...just stared at him in contempt untill he went over to the vampire, and then soon after Brianna came over and healed the vampire...clearly there was a peace going on.
"Brianna...I'm so tired, so I think I'll go to sleep now", she kissed Gorrmund, and then sat down against a tree, with her coat over her.
Arygon, was just waking up as Esethir left "Good-bye." Arygon then turned to the puzzle at hand, Brianna had healed all her enemies but had left him dying on the ground. How interesting charity is rewarded around here, Arygon crawled to his knees, stood leaning agaist a tree, and Telina cuddled up with Gorrmund, he felt more alone at that moment then at any time during his travels thorugh Morrowind. Arygon trudged slowly back into his cave, climbed the stairs on the platform, and laid down on a hammock. He sat there for a time, twirling a Dwemer tube between his fingers...
OOC: And the reason you help all your enemies but NOT your ally, is?
Ranes, Cave/Outside it
Ranes stepped out the cave, satisfied that all enemies had been removed from it now, but the scene outside was rather strange. One assassin was leaving, another two had been healed and one still was alive and well.
And despite the fact that they had been trying to kill each other moments ago, everyone was acting as if a truce had been called. "What the....?" he muttered. He shook his head and took a moment to check that his horse was still okay despite the heavy fighting that had been going on. Once he had assured himself his horse was fine, he approached the others.
"So, we called a truce on something?" he asked.
Deagan, with everyone else
"There's just no point in continuing..." Deagan said calmly to Ranes
"So yeah...I guess it's a truce for the moment..." he added
He stood from his place and looked to Sadril and Rahvin for a moment...
"I'll be back..." He said to both of them
Deagan entered the cave in search of Arygon and after a few minutes he found him within the cavern in a hammock. He sat down on a chest and pulled the glass dagger from his belt.
"I think this is yours." He said, holding the dagger out in Arygon's direction
He used a friendly voice, there was little point in fighting anymore since he'd learned that Agnar was dead...or was he? Deagan didn't know or care, his schemes had led him here and there had to be some reason.
Arygon looked at Deagan, "Thanks, here empty this tube, there should be a few rubies in there." Arygon decided that if Deagan could give back his dagger then he could do something nice too.
Deagan, Cave
Deagan thought about it for a moment and declined accepting the tube,
"Keep it...I don't need anything..." Deagan said
"Actually you wouldn't happen to have anything to drink layin around here would you?" he asked afterwards
He wiped his face, though it was cold for some reason sweat still built on his forehead. Deagan felt strange about killing Jadier...almost guilty actually, something he hadn't felt in a long time and he couldn't explain it.
Jadier seemed like an brave and honorable man, something about the slow and painful way he'd pushed the dagger into his chest played over and over through his mind like a nightmare.
Arygon rolled over, off his hammock, and opened a barrel. Inside was a vast quantity of flin, "Want one?" Arygon tossed one over to Deagan, "Trying to drown troubles in drink h....." the rest of what Arygon said was lost in gurgling as he downed an entire bottle of flin.
OOC: The vampire started a snowball fight.
Deagan, Cave
"Always...you'd think that killing would get easier when you do it for a living...I used to be a thief...I never thought I'd kill anyone when I first started." Deagan said as he drank from the bottle Arygon had handed him
"Things change though..."
Flin wasn't one of Deagan's favorites but he drank it anyways, he heard noise outside and leaned over, looking out the entrance. Sadril threw a snowball at Ranes, at least someone was having fun...
"Why are you with this bunch anyways?" Deagan asked
" Hic*... me? ... well mainly 'cause i tried to rob the office, as ya' know, then I so happened to be *hic* in the bedroom when you're Altmer friend that left there, tried to get in an early attempt... and ya'... anyway, there's just something that won't let me get a lady murdured... I can kill 'em but I can't watch someone elsssse, do it... *hic* it's the womens faces that haunt my nightmares..." Arygon was still downing Flin at an alaming rate, and seeing not much left in the barrel, opened the one next to it, and pulled out about 12 bottles of Martze, "Want some of this stuff?"
OOC: A drinking party inside, a snowball fight outside. What else would happen after we tried to kill each other?
Deagan, drinking...can't remember where...
Deagan drank several bottles of the flin as well, when Arygon pulled out the Mazte, all the better.
"It's the ones that seem to have accepted their deaths that bother me most." Deagan said
"Sure gimme some, Mazte is my favorite." Deagan slurred as he held out his hand
His vision was blurred and he'd started to forget his problems and his current situation.
"I wouldn't have taken the contract if I hadn't needed the money...I owe somebody a lot of money...but that doesn't matter now..." Deagan stopped for a moment noticing that his glass was empty, he filled it again and continued to drink.
He felt of his face and how much he needed a shave, whenever he sobered he would shave but right now he was too afraid he would hurt himself.
Deagan stood for a moment but tripped over himself and fell to the floor quickly, he'd had too much to drink but that didn't stop him from finishing a couple more glasses before passing out on the floor.
OOC: But drinking and snowball fights are fun.
Arygon, was quite full of flin, so he stopped drinking. He lifted Deagan onto one of the hammocks, and then wandered back outside, and got a face-full of snow... in the face.
FLint Ironwood, outside.
Flint looked at what happened, shook his head and smiled. Life was getting weirder by the second.
,,So we're all friends now? Maybe I should introduce myself to the ones who don't know me yet. I'm Flint Ironwood, son of the well-known crime lord Ironwood from High Rock. You know, the guy who is missing several bodyparts. Since we're not doing any assassinations here, why don't we raid Agnar's treasury? But first, eat snow!" He said and began throwing snowballs at anyone who got to close. He should've come to Skyrim sooner. This was fun.
Arygon glanced up, snow sure did sober you up fast. He looked over and noticed that Telina was sleeping soundly, time to change that, he walked over dodging random snowballs, and carefully stuck snow up and over Telina until she was covered. Then Arygon turned, " I am Arygon, from Morrowind a ... thief ... who nearly saved the island" as Arygon said this he used telekinesis to lift about a square meter of snow, and dropped it on top of Flint. Of course being slightly drunk altered his aim, and it landed in a circle arund Flint. Obliviously it affected his spellcasting too.
OOC: So, after the snowball fight... what then?
Skoll Yggdrasil
Outside Cave, Snowball Arena
Skoll leaned back with a confused expression on his face as the Vampire started a snowball fight right after he had just shot a arrow on his face.
"Ok..." Skoll said confused as his eyes moved around to see that everyone looked like friends.
He ordered Fenrir back, raised his hand into the air and dismissed the wolf. A cold wind swept through the area before it looked like the wolf disintegrated and was picked up with the wind.
"Am I the only one here that has no idea what's going on?" Skoll asked as he put down his bow, but as carefull as he was it was still pretty clear for everyone that his right hand was very close to his sword...
Deagan, Outside Cave
Deagan awoke in the room alone, slowly lifting himself from the hammock and putting his feet down on the floor. He rubbed his head which hurt badly, he couldn't remember what had happened but someone had put him into the hammock. He stumbled out the doorway of the cave and saw everyone engaging in...a snowball fight.
What the hell???
Deagan walked slowly out the door unsure if he was awake...those he'd just been fighting to kill were now happily playing in the snow like children. Things like this didn't suit him so he sat down beside a tree again and watched with a half smile, still quite confused.
Arygon looked over at the man with the wolf, so... he didn't know what was going on? Arygon dived from a low branch both hands extending in a practised throw, and both snowballs hit the man in the face. Arygon fell on his face in the snow laughing...
Brianna outside
She laughed watching the snowball-fight......a very nice feeling by the way...to be able to laugh!
"Like little boys......they are"
Though she remained silent, was a tad afraid they would involve her in the fight....she really was a lousy snowball fighter!!!
Arygon's eyes blinked out the snow, the rest of him was buried, that guy threw a little too much to block. Arygon turned, and saw Brianna laughing, a dive under the snow a front flip, and a 3 foot jump later Brianna had the snowy contents of a tree branch dumped on her, oh what fun!
Brianna, covered in snow
"Ouch...oufff....!"
Brianna didnīt expect to be covered in snow, she shook her head, understanding she had to participate now, but then again maybe this was what they all needed, a simple snowball-war to take the heat off things passed and maybe acheive some kind of..."friendship" among them..after all, the reasons for their disagreements were.....well dead, so they could as well play around for a bit...
Brianna gathered a huge bunch of snow and started making snowballs, i was cold and she had no gloves, but nevermind.....
The first person to try to hit must be Arygon.....now where was he?
Brianna sneaked behind the tree.....ahhh there...She threw the snowball at his back....and ..oh what joy...it hit him in the neck and the cold snow crept inside his shirt!
Brianna was all laughter, seeing him jump up and down.....there! now he would see how it feels to get snow inside his clothes.....
She herself felt the remains of snow melting on her back....
Flint, in the deadliest fight ever fought with the most terrifying weapons known to man, snowballs!
,,Well yeah, it's amazing what a landing in the wrong bedroom can do." Flint laughed before catching a snowball in the face.
,,Hey, you'll pay for this!" He shouted and threw a snowball back at the one who'd hit him.
,,Besides, snowballs are one hell of a way to vent of aggression. Safe, fun, and very cold!"
Arygon shivered as what was left of Brianna's snowball ran down his back. Time for some fun, Arygon slid down to the ground filled his pockets with snow, and climbed to the top of the tree. From there he fired his snowballs using telekenisis, to pummel on top of Deagan, and Brianna, and Telina still sleeping caught a pacitularly large one, she should've joined in! Arygon spent about 5 minutes on a very special snowball, it was a tracking snowball that shouldn't, wait, couldn't miss. Arygon fired it high into the air in the general direction that Ethsier had gone...
OOC: Everyone must participate!
Flint Ironwood, still the same place.
Flint was now getting hit by snowballs from everywhere.
,,Alright, I give up! I give up! You guys...and lady win!" He shouted as he sat down and shook of the snow. Luckily he had a fancy frost/fire enchantment on his underwear. With the cold weather, only the fire enchantment would be working. He'd be dry and warm in no time at all.
,,Say, what are we going to do once we run out of snow?" He asked no one in particular.
(Sorry, but I couldn't stop myself. I just invented Tamriel's version of a suit with built-in heater and airconditioning.
)
(OOC: OH, how terrible I am, always spoiling the fun.
)
Thiras, sword in hand, snuck up behind Brianna and wrapped one arm around her neck, the other around her midsection, pinning her hands against herself as his blade hovered in his hand by her neck.
"Don't try to resist or I'll kill you," he whispered in her ear as he shouted to the others.
"I want the rest of you to empty your pockets, gold, jewels, the lot, and hand them over, or she goes bye-bye."
(OOC: I suppose it'll come down now to Brianna kicking his silly a**.)
Arygon, in a familiar move, dived from his perch in the tree and landed with his feet on the thief's shoulders. Then he dropped wrapping his legs aroung the thiefs neck, a short flip later and the thief was on the ground with Arygon's glass dagger an inch from his Adam's Apple, "Ruining the fun, eh?" Arygon smiled, he wasn't in the mood for killing...
OOC: Never attack a woman when Arygon's around...
(OOC: Dude, I said Brianna got to kick his butt, not you. Now its time to kick Arygon's!)
Thiras, Bad Position
Thiras grinned, and in one swift motion, pushed the mans dagger hand aside and brought his own dagger up to thrust it at the mans stomach.
(OOC: Arygon can't be that quick, I mean my guy is an expert sneakanator.)
Arygon looked down at the man, and started laughing. The man's dagger had managed to penetrate his chitin, but contained none of the so popular magic, or poison, that had been used so much. Of course if someone tries to kill you, don't just keep laughing. Arygon reached to his back holster, pulled out his loaded Dwemer Crossbow, stepped back, "Ok, stand up, else I give you a new hole in your hollow head." Arygon was deadly serious now.
OOC: If you read the entire fight Arygon has been through MUCH worse than a simple dagger to the chest.
(OOC: Gosh darn it!)
Thiras
Instead of running, Thiras hastily drew his longsword, and lunged at Arygon.
Arygon, flicked his dagger down the thief's blade grinding as it went. Until it contacted the hilt where Arygon used his other hand to grab it. Both men fought over the hold on the sword...
OOC: Thanks a lot there Shogun...
Flint Ironwood, watching a fight.
,,Aw, man. Can't we have some peace here for once?" Flint muttered. He then cast a telekinesis spell and attempted to lift the sword and the dagger out of their hands.
,,Now both of you calm down or uncle Flint is going to punish you for being a bad boy. No alcohol for the next three days, for the both of you!"
(A bit short maybe. Also notice that Flint casts the spell, he doesn't use his katana for this one. The spell is much more usefull if you try to manipulate things instead of wildly blasting them.)
Ranes, Where do you think?
Ranes shook his head and sighed. "If anyone's skilled in illusion magick, now would be a great time to paralyze one or both of them," he said, raising his hands. He cast a strength damaging spell at Thiras. It wasn't particularly strong however, Ranes tended to use destruction magick to blow the crap out of things rather than weaken them.
Flint talking about Illusion, reminded Arygon of his enchanted ring, a activation later, and the sword was falling to pieces. Arygon stood with his glass dagger just in front of him, as the other man watched in shock as the blade of his sword fell out of it's hilt.
OOC: You gotta love weapon damaging spells, eh?
Arygon tried his best, being paralyzed and all, to laugh but his face couldn't move what so ever. His eyes scrolled the area, and stopped at the Vamp, how nice it was to lose his dagger. Arygon decided he would have a better chance in hand-to-hand without weapons anyway... but it was the thiefs turn to make a move...
OOC: Arygon's a gaming kinda guy ![]()
Oh right, Flint blasting wildly with telekinesis has always worked well for me... oh wait thats cause I'm usaully fighting 3+ guards...
Flint Ironwood, same place.
Flint gave up. It didn't look like he could stop the fight. The Vampire seemed to have a bit more success.
,,Whatever. I'm going to find some wood we can use to make a fire." He said before wandering off into the woods.
He collected branches wherever he could find them and came back a while later.
,,That should do it. Let's see if I can still do this." He muttered as he dropped the branches in a pile and then tried to light a spark with two small pieces of metal he'd found, probably old arrowheads. The spark came, but died out before the Breton could get the fire going.
,,Oh what the hell. No one is watching."
One small fireball later, Flint had a nice little campfire going.
,,Come on and join. I stole some food from Agnar's kitchen when I last dropped in. Does anyone know a good story?"
Skoll Yggdrasil
Skoll satt down besides Flint near the fire. He had been out all day, even thought he had done this for all his life it was always nice to warm out near a warm fire.
"Well, I've never been a story teller. Never had anyone to share stories with." Skoll replied with a doubtful smile to Flint.
Thiras, Angry Man
Thiras frowned, "I prefer my sword, but unlike Mr. Corageous woman saver over here I can't pull weapons out of my a**."
He jumped at Arygon, but didn't punch. Instead he wrapped his hands around the mans midsection as he threw himself forward into him.
(OOC:
)
Flint Ironwood, at the campfire.
Flint looked at the two fighting man and smiled. They just kept going. You'd think that after fighting for their lives back there, at least someone would be tired.
,,No problem. There is a first thing for everything. To be honest, I'm not much of a storyteller myself. I spent too much time on other people's roofs for that. Maybe we can invite the others over here. Who knows, one of them may be a professional storyteller." Flint told the man beside him.
,,Hey you guys, here's where the fun is!" He shouted with another look at the fighting thieves.
He then took put his katana in his lap and took out one of his small smithing tools. He bet that a Dremora would jump out of a tree if he didn't kept his weapon in perfect condition. Life had become crazy enough for that recently.
Brianna approaching the campfire
"Hey guys....is there room for me maybe?"
She sounded tired and sad, her walk was slow and weary. It was getting colder and she had no coat. With her arms around her body she slowly approached the fire...
Arygon looked down at the man who was practically hugging his waist, "Aw, screw it. Feel rich friend, but leave the rest alone." Arygon dumped the ruby contents, of the Dwemer tube that was stuck in his belt, onto the man's head. He then walked over to the fire, where Brianna was shivering. Arygon took off his own woolen coat and dropped it on Brianna's shoulders. "Tell stories are we?"
Sadril, campfire
Sadril sighed and went to join the others at the campfire. He removed his katana from his belt and sat it in the snow beside him before sitting cross legged. A look of seriousness was on his face as he stared into the fire. He held up his right hand as if to inspect it. It was shaking, like when one hasn't gotten enough to eat and is low on energy.
He laid back in the snow, trying to compress his urges. He hadn't fed in a day, and after being so diligent with feeding for so many years it was having an...effect on him.
Arygon looked over at everyone gathered at the fire, from the noble Gormmund, the 'Lady' Brianna, and the shaking vampire... wait shaking? "Need to feed friend?" Arygon was concerened about the vamp if the urges got too strong it wouldn't be a 'sip' of blood it'd probably be a killing frenzy.
(OOC: Don't event think about it, Shogun! Oh, and good job darkhunter, you just made Arygon feel like carp.
Wait a minute, I think Arygon just pulled that woolen coat out of his rear-end as well.)
Thiras, Being an idiot
Thiras looked with distaste at the valuables that had just been literally dumped on his head.
"Well," he muttered to himself after a moment, tempted to chuck one of them towards Arygons head and see the effect, "Might as well go see whats going on." He waited several more moments before strolling over to the fire, but he didn't sit near them. For several reasons, 1) he'd just assaulted about a third of the group within the last day or so, and 2) One of them looked very uncomfortable, maybe even hostile.
He sat several feet behind the group, fiddling with his dagger as he stared on.
Deagan, Campfire
Deagan moved closer to the campfire that had been started and sat on a log near the place where Brianna was seated. He quickly drank from a jug of mead, trying to get as drunk as possible.
"Stories? There was this one time that me and Esethir..." He started but trailed off and stared at the ground
Where is he anyways...hope he's doing well...
He took a short drink from a large bottle of ale he'd taken from the nearby cave and held it out to the girl beside him.
"Here have some of this miss." He said to Brianna
OOC: She'd better not drink with a kid on the way.
You might wanna just pass the bottle on and not engage in conversation with him since I might not be on for a while.
Arygon stared at the vamp, the man was a lightwieght. "Here lemme get you something thats more suitable..." Arygon walked back into his cave and went rummaging through the barrels of alcohol, until finally he found what he was looking for. He took the bottle out, brought it to the vamp, and gave it to him. "Here ya go, Blood of the Quarra Masters, dunno how good it is, didn't really want to find out..."
Flint Ironwood, campfire
Flint listened to the story with an amused grin. The vampire was clearly drunk. Arygon handed him a bottle of blood, or at least that's what the thief claimed it was.
"That guy sure's got everything." Flint thought as he carefully sharpened the edge of his blade.
Finally, he was done and sheathed his sword again.
,,Now I'm thirsty. Mind if I take a sip?" He said and grabbed the bottle of alcohol out of Sadril's hands.
,,Now this is the good life." He grinned and wiped of his mouth.
Brianna, by the fire
Deagan, campfire
Deagan felt odd and even guilty about sitting near Brianna, he'd killed Jadier and even if she had no idea, it bothered him badly. He did what he always did, drowned his problems in liquor.
He took the bottle back and gulped down a bit more, slightly dizzy now. He laughed at Sadril's story and thought of one of his own.
"One time me and Esethir were supposed to...steal some shoddy golden goblet from a noble...so we found the place and broke in, searching everywhere for the damn thing...by the time we realized that we were in a guard barracks...the cook hit me in the head with a pot and just kept hitting me...Esethir had to pull im off me...strangely, in a guard full of barracks'....errr....a barracks full of guards....we still managed to get away." Deagan laughed for a moment as he thought back
He scratched his chin and stared into the blurry fire with a slight smile still on his face.
OOC: Couldn't resist sharing a drunken story. ![]()
Edit:Sorry, forgot to use posting rule...
Esethir, North of Winterhold
Esethir mumbled the incantation for a light spell as he broke from the midst of the densely packed forest just North of Winterhold. The horizon spread out afore him - the sea's icy waters overwhelming the humble Altmer. He smiled, bowing to nature's power then walked forwards to the shoreline.
The light spell barely managed to pierce through inkly black of the waters beneath his feet - but provided enough light to the spherical portal 50 yards ahead in teh waters.
The mage stripped naked, his excitement and anticipation overriding any physical senses of the cold air piercing his feeble frame. Esethir stepped forwards, releasing his breath as he sank past the sheer drop to the bottom of the sea. Ice clung to his body and covered the Altmer in inches of frozen glass.
He should be dead - but he was no longer Esethir from the second he reached the cliff edge.
He floated forwards by sheer thoughts and entered the enticing portal - the world rushing in behind him as he was scooped inside.
From here on in he was not Esethir - He was a God's pupppet.
(He will not be overpowered in any way when he returns, do not worry.)
Arygon laughed at Deagan's story, a drunk one it may be but it was at least a little funny. Arygon decided not to tell any of his many tales, as most of them would have noble Grommund there chopping his head off screaming something about honour. Arygon finished his bottle of flin when, by odd chance, the log he was sitting on rolled backward. He landed in the snow, still smiling. "Hey, Flint wanna see something interesting?" Arygon stood, ready to go into his cave if the anwser was yes...
Flint Ironwood, campfire.
Flint looked up. He'd been listening to the stories with a big amused grin on his face. He really would prefer to stay and listen to what else might come. On the other hand, Arygon was full of surprises and Flint had always had a problem with controlling his curiosity.
,,Sure, I'm right behind you." He said and got up.
Rahvin
Rahvin sat on the same rock, a good distance away from the fire. He didn't want to be around anyone; he needed to figure out what to do with himself. No doubt with news of Agnar's death, the guards would soon be after him to try to cover up their actions. If Agnar was even dead. And he definately didn't want a drink. He needed to stay in control of his actions at least, since he couldn't control his own life.
With a sigh, he looked at the coat laying beside him and decided to get up and give it back to Brianna, but Arygon gave her his own. Then he decided to keep the coat a little longer; if he gave Brianna her coat back, she would return Arygon's.
I hope the bastarde freezes.
Deagan, Campfire
Deagan stumbled away from the fire and tripped, landing beside Rahvin. Rather than getting up he stayed face first in the snow, it was cold and wet but he couldn't stand. He used his arms to push himself into a sitting position and put his back up to the rock beside Rahvin.
"Whats next for you Rahvin? I trust you don't plan on returning to the prison..." he paused for a moment and then continued,
"They will hunt us you know...if Agnar is dead. They will cover up his involvement with us and the death of Jadier...he will be powerful even in death." Deagan said, looking up at Rahvin
"If he truly is dead..." Deagan said plainly
He rested his head on the rock beside him, dizzy because of the alcohol, wondering if Agnar was in fact dead...an important question had arisen.
Arygon lead Flint to a pile of Dwemer Cylinders, "Take about three and carry them out to the fire, but be careful with them, can't have them cracked before hand." Arygon grabbed three himself and walked out to the fire and lined them up, waiting for Flint before showing what the surpirse was...
Flint Ironwood, one curious little fellow in the snow.
Flint sniffed at the cylinders. They smelt odd. Would it be even safe? With Arygon, you never knew. But then, he hadn't exactly doing the safe things lately. Flint followed Arygon and put the cylinders down in the same pattern as Arygon.
Brianna, camp-fire
Brianna sat cuddled up in Arygonīs coat....coat? She gave Rahvin her own...now that reminded her of .....
"I wonder how heīs doing, and I wonder even more why I donīt hate him, he was after all chasing my Jadier, but did he kill him? And Agnar, she had heard some talk among the assassins that he also was dead....too many questions...arrr"
Brianna sighed and crept further into the coat...
Arygon turned when Flint put down the second three cylinders, "Could everyone move back please? This will be more than a little dangerous for those close to it..." Arygon waited, and everyone moved back some. He tossed the cylinders into the fire, and as the compressed air built up, he used a stick to unscrew the bottoms a little. The bottoms blew into the ground launching multicolured sparks, and the top halves, into the air creating bright streamers of fire.
OOC: Flint may have Air Conditioning/Heating but Arygon's got Fireworks
Flint Ironwood, the snow!
Flint looked up at the beautiful sight.
,,Wow, did you fill those things with Fireball scrolls or did you make some sort of explosive potion? I remember that I had a potion once blow up in my face. I was still young at the time though." He muttered.
Brianna, sitting by the fire
Brianna watched the firery explosion in the sky, why this was convenient if they wanted to be found...by anyone, bad or good.
She shrugged, didnīt really know where to go, who to turn to, she didnīt really trust any of these guys..and the vampire scared her more than she would admit.
She looked around, noticing Rahvin sitting beside that rock, and Deagan beside him...and was Deagan drunk??? Brianna smiled and shook her head, he would get a nice hangover later..
She felt like joining those two, even if maybe they were the real assassins, somehow she felt they were more stable.....
OOC: Ever heard of the Stockholm-syndrome? Well Brianna is "suffering" from a variation of it......
Deagan, a rock near the campfire
He sat there quite annoyed with Arygon as the loud cracks rang out and the bright light from the fireworks illuminated the area around them.
That fool...if anyone was remotely unsure of where to find us...they'll know now.
He looked at the others who seemed to be enjoying the show before them. Brianna seemed to be staring at Rahvin and him briefly but Deagan couldn't exactly tell, it was rather hard for him to see.
Deagan took a piece of bread from a sack on his waist and started eating it slowly, glancing at Brianna as she sat alone. He wanted to go over and speak with her but he couldn't bring himself to talk to Jadier's woman...it just didn't seem right after what he'd done.
OOC: Hmmm...I wonder if she'll still be feeling sympathetic later when she finds out Deagan is the one who killed Jadier...probably not...
Arygon sat back watching the Cylinders fire into the air with thier steaming fire. Flint wanted to know how he had done it, but he really didn't know himself, finding out had been an accident when he dropped one in a cooking fire a few years previous. The assassins didn't seem happy about it, but Arygon didn't care as they had to be most of the assassins hired to kill Jadier's family. Agnor would taste steel if he even tried to kill the ladies while they were under his protection. He glanced at Gormmund and Telina sitting together watching the flaming cylinders fly into the sky.
OOC: Arygon seems to be the only 'odd' man out here... how depressing considering how many times he had saved some of thier lives... and Brianna thinks he's unstable, he perfectly stable: where ever he sees a profit he goes for it
Ranes, T3h Fire
Ranes relaxed near the fire, and beckoned his horse closer, as he didn't want to poor beast to freeze to death - or get attacked while everyone was around the fire. He then turned his attention back to the group and shook his head gently. That man had thrown a dwemer cylinder into the fire or something. Damned foolish.
"So, anyone got any campfire stories?" he asked, in an attempt to both start conversation and keep Argyon from screwing with anymore Dwemer contraptions.
Rahvin
Now he's just asking for trouble. Rahvin thought after the dwemer tube experiment.
Trouble that Rahvin wasn't sticking around to see.
He finally stood, picking up Brianna's coat as he did. He walked over to the fire and handed it back to its rightful owner.
"Thanks. And...I'm glad that I didn't, you know." he muttered. It was a weak apology, he knew, but it was all he was giving.
He didn't wait for a reply; he just began walking south. Away from Agnar, and hopefully away from the penal colony.
Thiras, Away from the fire
Thiras looked at the colors in the sky, his hand on his dagger, but a moment later he froze.
For a moment he thought he heard the sound of feet creeping, softly and in a sinister manner along in the cold, as if whoever the creepy pitter-patter belong too wanted to take an unsuspecting victim by surprise. His head turned slowly towards the source of the sound, behind him in some trees nearby, but found nothing. He shivered and closed turned back around, his hand clutching his dagger tightly, as if he was protecting it instead of the other way around.
(OOC: Its the cold getting to him. Thats a gamer10 character for you, emotionally unstable.
)
Flint Ironwood, the fireworks.
Flint poked in the fire a bit. A campfire story?
,,Well, I don't really have one unless you people want to know about my life and how I ended up here. It's probably boring."
Arygon started laughing, "All of Skyrim? Ha! I dropped twice as many in last week and nobody came at all. It was even closer to Agnar mansion than this!" Arygon was nearly crying with laughter. But suddenly he stopped, "Hey, Rahvin you know I could make a pretty profit selling your hide to the guards?" Arygon was of course joking, and with a informative glance at Flint he bounded to his feet, diving with his glass dagger, purposefully falling at Rahvin's feet. "I see you didn't take part in the earlier fun so..." Arygon from the distance of Rahvin's feet to his face threw a snowball at him.
Deagan, Leaving the Campfire
Deagan stood from his place beside the rock and joined Rahvin, knowing that he was right, it wasn't safe here now that Arygon had given away their position.
"I agree, I'm not gonna be here if anyone comes looking for us..." He said
Deagan turned and started to walk toward the forest before hearing Arygon's remarks and turning to answer, it should become increasingly clear that Deagan is very unhappy.
"Nobody was searching for you last week...bright light and explosions aren't a good way to remain unnoticed." Deagan said
Deagan watched Arygon throw the snowball at Rahvin. It was time to be serious now...
"This is hardly the time for a snowball fight, we need to leave...now." Deagan said
He glanced at Brianna who was now standing but quickly looked away.
Deagan stood there beside Rahvin, awaiting his decision...
Flint Ironwood, campfire.
Flint looked at the events that unfolded in front of his eyes and cursed himself. He'd gotten careless. This might be Skyrim, but High Rock was still too close in his opinion. Who knew what type of assassins that old scumbag had sent after him. The last attempt on his life had been nearly a month ago. Besides, he now had also succeeded in pissing off whatever might be left of Agnar's family. He wasn't in the mood for another round with a bunch of assassins.
,,I hate to say it, but I agree. We don't know what's out there and I think we just drew attention to ourselves. Don't forget, Agnar's guards are still a bit nervous after I knocked them around a bit. They might decide to investigate, or not. Still, I vote for getting out of here as soon as possible. Arygon, you'd better start packing if you want to come." He said as he scouted their surroundings.
Rahvin
Rahvin wiped the snow from his face, refusing to give in to the man's childishness.
"You may have set those things off a week ago, but two lords weren't killed a week ago, were they? Now if you'll excuse me, I'd like to get as far away from your stupidity as possible." he answered.
When Brianna made her statement, he was totally confused. Why would she want to come with us, after what just happened to her lover?
"Well, if you want to come, I won't stop you." he answered, stepping over Arygon as he continued on his way.
Arygon looked up, oh well he had been hoping for a fight, but his was even better. His plan would work perfectly if only one more piece fit into place, "How about I show you all the last surprise I have up my sleeve?" Arygon smiled, this was going to be fun!
Sadril; Camp
"Well, I am a vampire after all, and I have more than vampire hunters looking to kill me so... I shall be departing myself I do believe," he said, bowing to the others at the campfire. Then specifically to Ranes he said, "I do hope we will get to cross swords again," and with that he began walking after the assassins and Brianna (?) that had left.
It is better to stay with someone of my own kind. I'd trust an assassin before I'd trust a crusader....
Skoll Yggdrasil
Skoll satt by the fire as things started to unfold, people seemed to be departing or at least planned too. Two of them, apparently assassins after what he'd heard was about to leave and this woman wanted to join then, weird. When he dropped by all were fighting, no they seemed to leave on into seperate directions like almost nothing happend. As confused as Skoll was, he knew that this wasn't anything for him. They're apparently bad people, some of them at least he thought as he looked over at Rahvin, Sadril, Deagan and Brianna.
Skoll stood up and walked away from the campfire before turning to the others.
"This was... a akward meeting I most say, I don't see any need for me to stay here any longer or tag along with any of you" he said, not exactly trying to get any attention thought. With that said he started walking into the wood, then he stopped.
"Yeah, and I'm sorry about shooting you twice" he said as he looked over at Sadril who was walking with some of the others, then he made his way into the dark and cold forest.
(OOC: They (meaning Sadril, Brianna etc.) will have a unpleasant meeting soon, have something in mind lol - Sadril can kinda get back on Skoll for nearly setting a arrow into his spine
)
Arygon sat down, it seemed his plan was going Perfectly. Noone could suspect that this was exactly what he wanted, how odd it was then that he felt something was wrong. He shook off the feeling and walked into his cave, it was too late for anyone knowing to matter. He climbed to the grate unlocked it, groped in the darkness until finding the second grate and unlocked it also. He climbed up, into the shadows to what was waiting above...
OOC: Ethsier may become a puppet but Arygon has some evil tricks up his sleeve
Rahvin
Rahvin looked back to the others after Arygon left.
"Well, are you coming or not?"
Flint Ironwood, campfire.
Flint walked to the edge of the 'camp'.
,,Sorry, but I'll be off on my own." The realization of his recent screwup had made him decide that it would be safest for now if he left Gorrmund and company alone for now. They already had enough to worry about without getting his own personal assassins shoved down their throat.
,,See yah." He said before casting his jump spell and leaping of in a random direction.
(Sorry, but I'll be stuck with kids and hyperactive teachers on an excursion to Germany from 7.30 am till 8.00pm.
So I'll get away for the moment in case anything happens. I don't want Flint to just stand there when trouble comes up.)
Ranes, fire!
Ranes blinked, watching the gathering rapidly disintegrate. "I guess I'll come, as I know these two," he gestured towards Telina and Gorrmund, "Will follow her," he gestured to Brianna. "Which leaves me either alone, or stuck with the crazy s'wit in the cave and the cutthroat bandit. I'm getting away from him before he pulls out some other dwemer gadget and blows us to Oblivion, or I get knifed in the back by that greedy little N'wah."
Thiras, Near the fire
Thiras stood up, glaring at Ranes. "Speak of me like that again, and you will find a dagger in your back, you son of a (fill in with the most disgusting, distasteful swear word you can think of that would work in this scenario).
He stepped towards the man, but sheathed his dagger anyway.
"Just as you find my occupation appalling, I find your egotism upsetting. You seem to think that, although Im sitting merely a few feet from you, that you can make haughty comments and get away without being reprimanded, I may be a thief by habit, but I prefer to take into consideration my current situation when making a statement that could land me in a great deal of trouble."
I havent been doing quite enough of that lately.
(OOC: Hmm . . . meh.)
Rahvin
Rahvin waited for the few seconds it took for Brianna to pack her things. When she was ready, he began walking south; he hoped that he could separeate himself far enough from Agnar, Haafingar, and most of all, the penal colony.
Arygon made it to the ladder he was headed for, climbed up just in time to see Brianna getting to leave. He watched the direction that Rahvin seemed to be walking toward, it was starigh away from Agnar's Manor. Excellent, Arygon took the Deadric Claymore that was jammed into the ground behind him. Gift from Sheograth or not, the thing would be useful in the coming days. Arygon slid down the mountain on a steel tower shield, a backfilp and a grab on a branch, and he dropped in front of Brianna, "Leaving already?" Arygon said, smiling...
"Me?" Arygon asked "Well, I was just wondering where you are headed?" Arygon wanted to know, just in case she actually knew where she was going. Since he didn't have anywhere to go at all. It seemed she was going with Rahvin, wherever she was going...
Of course, the vamp didn't trust HIM even though the vamp himself had tried to kill Brianna. Always to be misunderstood, Arygon thought to himself, "May I not ask a simple question vamp? Or are you a hero out of tales coming down to save the women that you ealier tried to kill?" Arygon was almost laughing at the vamp, except that would probably get him killed...
Rahvin
"And here I was, hoping that he had left for good." he commented to Brianna as if Arygon weren't even there.
I wonder how long it is before he leaves again. he thought to himself.
Brianna
Brianna nodded......
"Apparently he wasnīt " she muttered, "Come on, letīs go, itīll be dark in a few hours , we better find somewhere to sleep for the night"
Brianna looked at Rahvin, then she started walking again
Rahvin
Rahvin agreed, so he followed her, walking passt Arygon. He assumed that Deagan and Sadril would fall in step.
I still don't understand why she'd rather come with her hired killers than the one who saved her... he thought. He decided it didn't matter though; she had more than proven herself with her odd burning-from-the-inside-out spell, and even more so from the enormous healing she had undertaken.
Suddenly he realized that she was probably exhausted; no wonder she wanted a place to sleep for the night.
Brianna
Brianna walked, driven by pure willpower, she was extremely tired, the last day had been an onerous one and she was afraid she would fall asleep whilst walking.
"Imagine he would kill you in your sleep? After all heīs a hired killer....but he had his chance and didnīt take it....must be safe.....must be"
She stumbled...and fell......
"Just wanna.....sleep......" Her words were barely heard
Sadril
Sadril walked past Arygon after Rahvin and Brianna, but stopped as he passed him and said in a dark tone, "If I actually wanted to kill any of you, I could've done so ten times already."
He continued walking, but when Brianna collapsed from exhaustion Sadril moaned, "We can't even make it ten feet can we?" He knelt beside her and scooped her up into his arms. Between the assassins, Sadril assumed he was more fit to carry someone through the snow, seeing as he had a benefit to his strength from vampirism.
OOC: vamp to teh rescue!
Deagan, next to the others...yeah...
Deagan saw Brianna fall and started to move closer so he could help her when Sadril picked her up and started to carry her. He continued walking as if he hadn't been beaten to the punch, as if he hadn't even noticed that she'd fallen.
I don't know if it's such a good idea for the vampire to carry the unconscious woman...ah he hasn't given me any reason not to trust him yet...
Deagan couldn't handle much more walking, he'd gotten a horrible headache from the alcohol and every step was like a blow to the head. He rubbed his head with his fingers as he walked.
"Alright...we'd best find some place to stay for the night..." Deagan said
He wiped the sweat off his face and continued to drag on beside Rahvin.
Arygon watched them walk off, Brianna fell and Deagan asked for somewhere to stay the night. "You, just left the hotel... friends!" Arygon shouted after them. Well if they didn't want to stick around, it was thier problem. Arygon scuffed his foot against the ground. They'd be all dead within the hour probably, and Sadril claimed he could have killed them all ten times over, how unlikely. Arygon glanced into his pack, it seemed that he had a potion and a scroll of Icarian Flight. This would be fun Arygon thought to himself, activating the scroll, he dived into the air and then realised he had no way to land...
Brianna on Sadrilīs shoulders
When Brianna woke up the whole world was rocking up and down.....she realised she was being carried and almost fainted once more when she found out by whom!
"Ahh, please put me down" she asked with a trembling voice "Iīm ok now, I can walk"
She turned her head and noticed Deagan, he did not seem to be ok, his face had this greenish shade which indicated a terrible hangover. Now this was expected in her opinion, but nevertheless, a hangover was nothing sheīd like her worst enemy to suffer from, so she decided to do something about it.
Rahvin
Rahvin looked around at his companions, thinking about how funny yet pathetic they were right now.
We have a drunk, a vampire, and a woman. I guess I'm the only normal one here.
"We have to keep going; if we stop now, we're going to attract whatever it is that Arygon was calling."
Arygon was flying through the air, luckily it was a clear morning and he could see the ground. Or prehaps UNluckily, Arygon thought to himself, he was about halfway, in time, until he fell. He had to find something to land in, he saw a frozen over bog near the ocean, and a town and decided to land in that. He dropped like a rock, down through the ice, and soaking himself in the bog's mud and water. Arygon had nearly knocked himself out falling through that ice, he dragged himself into town, went to a inn, paid for a room and went to sleep there.
OOC: Did you know that if medicince taste bad it helps cure the person Faster? It's true, if medicine tasted good then the person would want to stay sick...
Hehe!!!
