This would be so amazing! Oh yes!

I think it is being done by the same people who did Morrowblivion.

As awesome as this looks, I have one issue; render distance. Morrowind never felt right when I could see more than 25 metres ahead of me without the area beyond that being shrouded in fog, and if they take that away it just wouldn't be the same.Other than that, looks pretty cool.

That is funny, because the first thing I did with Morrowind was turn off that constant fog, so I could see normally.

Really? I find the constant fog one of the best things about Morrowind; gives it a nice, damp, swampy and exotic feel to it which I've never really got from another open-world RPG, and gave it an absolutely fantastic atmosphere. I've tried switching the fog off a few times and I just found myself thinking 'this doesn't feel right at all' as I wonder through Vvardnefel.
Still, each to their own, and as long as there's a fog option, I'll be happy. If there isn't, I'm sure I'll live. Somehow.
And being able to see those Cliffracers before they gank me from above would be nice for a change.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v90/subrosa_florens/Computer%20Games/Morrowind002.jpg is an example of how it looks without the fogging. And yes, you can see those cliffracers from a long way off...

Probably end up being half finished like many other sizeable projects like this one.

Yeah, I' not really holding my breath. Apparently you can actually download the land masses already, but there are no quests and I'm sure there isn't much to do yet.

I heard a rumor that the whole of Tamriel is already there in Skyrim, but bordered off. I can't confirm it, as I opted not to let Steam anywhere near my system, and that includes the CK.

I believe it is, but it's all low rez LOD style land I think. That's hear say by the way.

Loo lazy to disable borders and trek around on my own. Or to take the free cam for a spin.
