These places get destroyed awful fast by you rowdy people... QUOTE(minque) This is meant to be a place where you can talk about anything without having to stay on topic. Feel free to ask questions, to talk about the things in your life you like to share with your fellow-members. Or just step inside for a while, have a coffe and a good chat! You may feel free to post whatever you like as long as it is within the rules of the forum. But if the conversation degrades to spam, you will be treated as though you are spamming anywhere else on the forum. This is a thread where you can relax and talk about personal things, but it is not to be used as an excuse to make pointless posts. Please help to keep this alive and well and a place where we can meet and share. Enjoy your stay here!!!
QUOTE(Alexander) We had intended the coffee shop to be a nice place where people could talk about their daily activities and such, kinda like the Lurkers Lair on the Official Forums. It didn't quite turn out that way though, people have been taking advantage of their freedoms in here, there has been a lot of spamming and even some flaming. We will not tolerate that any longer. So unfortunately we've had to decide to increase the rules for this thread. Of course the normal forum rules still apply, but we'll elaborate here.: 1. No spamming. We consider double posting and posting posts with only a few words to be spam. If you do that your post will be deleter or moved, do it too often and you might receive a warning for it. We also consider chit-chat spam. This forum has a special chat channel for chatting, you're welcome to go there, and chat with other members or with the staff as we're always there, doing it in here is not allowed. The address to that chatroom is: W4O chat And for assistence to use a chat like this, I recommend looking over this thread: http://chorrol.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=248Or contacting one of the Administrators. 2. No discussion of accounts or warnings. There shall be no more discussion about members, about accounts, about how many warnings you've gotten or anything like that. 3. No trolling. No posting of random nonsense, no posting of irrelevant things, no posting the same thing over and over just to get it noticed, no swearing or flaming. 4. No religion or politics. No discussion about religion or politics is to be had in these threads. If you want to discuss religion or politics, please do make another thread, or if another such thread already exists, please post in it. If you have a question about the rules of the forums, feel free to ask it to either a Global Moderator or an Administrator. If you're unsure if something is fit to post here, it might be. Again best to ask a Global Moderator or Administrator. If you're wondering how we think a Lair or the Coffee Shop should look like, what we do allow, then I recommend taking a look at the Lurkers Lair at the Official Forums.

Hey, it's been a while since I popped in around here. Life has been incredibly crazy, and to be honest, interest in anything Elder Scrolls related has dropped to almost non-existent, seeing as I have many more troubles, what with social life, housing issues, and planning out my enrollment in college. It's nice to see that so many of the original forumites still frequent the place. So to any of those who remember me, hi again!

Operation "Sledgehammer" is nearing it's completion, as all the papers, including official translation to English, are now in the hands of my sister's friends parents who are going to Toronto next week [Tuesday].
In the process of the operation, total amount of money spend was ~130 euros [around 160$]. But, it'll all be money well spent if my sister can use those documents for further education. If she doesn't, I'll just do what I did last time on Skype - slam the connection down [like a real phone] and leave without a goodbye.
...or not. Turns out scholarship and [living] expenses for whole year of studies would total to ~20.000 canadian dollars. "Bah" is an understatement at this point.

Ach. I only read HELLRAISER [the book] and I remember watching the first movie only. Only thing I remember from entire movie is the scene where Frank, near the end of it, gets to say "Jesus wept" right before hooks rip him to pieces  it was a decent movie, a bit gory at times; I can't say anything for sequels since I haven't watched them, but people don't speak very highly of them. Meh. Also, welcome back IntestinalChaos, tis nice to see you again o/ edit: panda bear? Just checking nothing to see here, move along This post has been edited by milanius: Oct 27 2007, 12:01 PM

Don't ask me, I'm not the horror-type. My nerves are too fragile for that. Oh, and another welcome back. Hope things work out for you. As in today's news, I signed up for the Nanowrimo. My name there is jack cloudy. (Yeah, what else did ya expect? ) Blockhead, since you have been around there for longer, I've got a question for you. Where the hell is the search button?

Me neither. I don't like horror. QUOTE As in today's news, I signed up for the Nanowrimo. My name there is jack cloudy. (Yeah, what else did ya expect? ) Blockhead, since you have been around there for longer, I've got a question for you. Where the hell is the search button? Yay!!!!!!! Congratulations! I'm there as "lokken" (blockhead was already taken). I do not think there is a search button! That site is a train wreck of bad web design. :/ It is also slow as molassis: slower even than DeviantArt! To fake a search, I guess google your question, making sure to put "nanowrimo" as one of the search terms? I have not tried this. I'm a newbie at this but you can PM me (here, not there) with your question anyway: I might have already stumbled onto the answer. Two ironic realizations regarding Nanowrimo. - I'll be using a text editor called nano!
 - The finishing date for Nanowrimo is my birthday.
Maybe I (or anyone) should start a Nanowrimo thread here on these forurms (kinda like they've done over on Bethesda's forums)? Opinions, anyone?

Wait... you're not going to blow up the English parliament by any chance? Anyways, the patron saint day madness is now officially over. We've moved all the furniture back, cleaned up, mom has washed 200 dishes in the meantime and now we're all beaten like eggs >_< and yet, I will have to stay up. Reason? D&D night! p.s.: I really wish we had Star Trek transporters, that way everyone would get cake and chocolate cookies. Since my relatives barely touched the stuff we have a ton of it left, and now it'll probably be feast for neighbors and yet, you people can't get any of it. WHYYY? Nah, this lady. Now, before you start thinking I *am* a religious nut, let me calm you down 'slava' is a day when any Serb orthodox family honors their patron saint and calls the wider circle of relatives and friends [or, alternatively, only godfathers] to come down & chow some tasty meals. It's become more of a gathering, although there are church sermons and certain religious customs. But, in the end, for me it's mostly about honoring a woman who had enough courage to devote her life to her ideals, whatever they might be. I respect that.
