*sigh* I need a warm cup of chocolate, and some alone time....a really lengthy alone time. sad.gif

On a bright note, I am really enjoying the Criminal Justice class! Dr. Mac is freaking awesome, he tends to go of into stories about when he was a cop which are really interesting, of course his full last name is Macintosh, but he told us to call him Mac tongue.gif

And coding websites is rather fun, but memorizing the codes is a pain biggrin.gif

I know when they say "What's your 20" they are asking what the other's location is, lol. That is called something like the "10 Code," is that the kind of code you are talking about? I used to know a bunch of them, but that's the only one I can remember anymore.

laugh.gif Hilarious. I love the Coffee Shop! biggrin.gif

Mr. Grits has been in charge of the laundry for some time now, which results in critical shortages pretty regularly. Today I experienced a shortage of things that are not purple. So I put together my best options: lavender shirt, plum floppy pants, and Crocs in a shade I call “some kind of grape candy.” I hobbled strolled majestically into the presence of the family and announced, “I am a symphony in purple.” They are still laughing at me.

I decided that I may still be moving like a ninety year old woman after four months of argh, but at least I’m like a ninety year old woman who is queen of something, dammit.

Also today was the last day of medication, and hopefully the end of feeling deranged. Test results are good so far, no –emias or –omas. (The MRI turned up some surprises. That's why I didn't want to have one!!) Still no real answers, other than two herniated discs, that’s why it hurts. More doctors next week. Turns out I’ve already encountered the spine doc during an elevator incident at her building. Funny.

Oh, I remember what I was saying. We had the Christmas Pants, and now we have the Purple Pants of Optimism. smile.gif

I'm sure she looks adorable as a snozberry anyway - she's blonde so it fits her coloring perfectly!

Just received an ultrasound photo of my first grandchild, she should make her appearance around the 23rd of February. I'm still kind of up in the air about the whole thing, can't decide whether I am really excited or feeling VERY old or both, lol.

It will be nice to have one I can unreservedly spoil rotten and then send her home...hhmm, it's looking better and better all the time. Now I just have to start formulating the plan to insure that baby girl is EXACTLY like her daddy, hehehe. This might be fun after all.

Congrats! Sounds like fun actually. I won't have to worry about any of that for a while though... lol.
