@KoB - I'm glad your brother-in-law got back with the medicine... even if it did take two hours!

@Liz - Don't break the seal on that bottle! Go for a run or, better yet, prop your mattress against the wall and punch the thing silly for a half hour or so. I guarantee you'll feel better.

I'm suspicious because he walked in with leftover food from red lobster as well

It's a trick I picked up from an old boxer. He used to live in one of those downtown warehouse lofts. His unit had a concrete column sticking up through the middle of it so he bought a second hand mattress and wrapped it around the column so he could get in some heavy bag work anytime he wanted. It's maybe the best stress reliever there is!

Get him to think of it like this:

If you punch the crap outta your lumpy mattress, it won't be lumpy anymore, and he'll fall asleep faster

I blow off steam with target practice or sparring so I can see the benefit of beating up an old mattress to relieve stress.

HIS side is already caved in, lol. I married a very large man XD
