I've got a massive soft spot for concept art books, and I've been meaning to add this one to my (admittedly not huge at this point) collection for a while. I find looking over somebody else's thoughts on the design processes of worlds, characters and locations is a really good way to help my own writing along, actually.
The concept art for the Illusive Man had me wishing they would have implemented that in some way. Some of the monsters that didn't make it were really good. I'm hoping they add from the book to the next game. Oh yeah, I remember seeing that in the copy I thumbed through a while ago. To be honest, though I found the last part with him was better than a boss battle would have been. I remember playing that scene just as the ending firestorm was beginning to blaze and thinking; "What sam hell is everybody talking about? This is superb." That didn't last all that much longer. I was expecting a fight, like with Saren at the end of ME1 and the big...thing... at the end of ME2. But we never got a huge boss fight (that I can remember) unless you count the insane amount of banshees(HATED those things) and other nonsense right before heading into the beam. Oh god, the bit with the Banshees. That was insane. Also, I just noticed your avatar has some crazy redeye going on there. Scary. *Shudders*

Well it's not as if I'd just ask her if she was. I mean, I suspected, but I find going up to someone and asking them 'are you a vampire?' is generally a bit of a social faux-pas.

I'm a fan of vampires and edited a photo of myself 2 years ago to look like one. I have one where I look like a zombie as well. They're not too bad.

Ok so I'm writing a paper about a series of tests I just ran. It is the timed results of sorting algorithms on sample data. Here is the grading criteria for the paper: QUOTE A papers carefully address the assignment, presenting the algorithms and the results of the experiment clearly, and explaining the results well. They will be well-organized. They will also be well-written, in clear, concise English, with attention to detail. They will flow smoothly. They will contain very few grammar, spelling, or punctuation errors, all minor. They will have a compelling introduction and an appropriate conclusion. The paper will be consistently written to an appropriate audience. The title is clear and may be clever. Want to help me think of a title? My current title is: Sorting Algorithm Run Times. BORING!

DEW IT!

And yet I am, and live—like vapours tossed. I long for scenes where man hath never trod A place where woman never smiled or wept There to abide with my Creator, God, And sleep as I in childhood sweetly slept, Untroubling and untroubled where I lie The grass below—above the vaulted sky.”

In every game I play, my shotgun is a fan of them too No doubt to "assist" them with that whole "turn-into-a-mist" thing.... As for reconstituting- they are on their own.
