I'm glad you're feeling a little better this morning. That was a frightening thing last night and I'm glad you got to someplace you felt safer, as sleeping in your apartment last night would have been hard or impossible.

If I recall, you were looking to move from the apartments anyway, so this nudge may work out to simply accelerate your timetable a bit.

So glad you and yours are okay.

Our lease is up next month anyways (apparently we signed a 9 month lease instead of a 12 month lease) and we'll pay for the 5 days we spent there this month, but we want out. The only thing about moving is we would have to move to my husband's parent's house, and they don't have internet. But I would pay for it, because I'm still looking for another job and would need it. All applications are online these days.

Sensible move; way, way easier than going around internet cafes, especially since a lot of sites ask you to upload and attach a CV. Plus we still get to have you around!

In other news, I've discovered what a wonderful writing tool the word processor that comes bundled with Google Docs is; I'm starting to have to work off multiple computers so it's dead handy to be able to access my stories from multiple PCs without needing to carry around a USB stick or anything like that. Just need a net connection and I'm good to go!

You know how I was saying that I liked Google Docs as a writing tool? Well, I've just discovered that it has 'Elsweyr' as part of its default dictionary. With that in mind, I'd like to amend my previous statement; I really like Google Docs as a writing tool.
