Played through Bioshock Infinite. Gotta say it has an extremely interesting storyline and lots of unique features. Honestly I was expecting to enjoy it but had no idea just how great the story and setting would be.

I've got Infinite in the box at home, and I'm looking forward to playing it once I'm home from work. From what I've read, it seems to stick true to the other Bioshock games, though I considering the crappy generic grizzled dudebro cover art I'm honestly not surprised that you thought it might be like an action move. First thing I did when I got the game was flip the cover over to the much more interesting and original alternative cover. No idea why they didn't go for that one as the original; makes it stand out on the shelves and also makes it look like an old book. Way better than just 'Booker standing in front of burning flag'. Plus the smoking barrel of his shotgunny thing makes it look like he's just fired it behind his head, and that would mean he's just deafened himself and probably soldered his ear to the barrel...

QUOTE(mirocu @ Apr 2 2013, 02:18 PM) Way to go, Kiln! So you played it through, huh? I don´t think I want to, it looks to be more of a movie where you can interact with it at certain spots. Please correct me if I´m wrong... Always a first for everything! First and foremost it is an FPS game. It probably has the most mind blowing storyline I've ever seen in a video game EVER. After finishing it I just sat there for a moment like, holy hell I didn't see that coming. The game's story and the ending are both amazingly good, I can't even begin to explain without ruining it with insane spoilers but trust me when I say that the story is something new and inventive that I haven't seen before.

QUOTE(Pseron Wyrd @ Apr 3 2013, 03:04 PM) I'm getting ready to start a new Skyrim character. This one will be a Forsworn Breton warrior. She will start her game in Druadach Redoubt, thanks to the Live Another Life mod. I've created a Forsworn-looking Greatsword for her, using a model from an older Dragonbone weapons mod. The idea is, a Shaman in her village will receive a vision about a place named "Helgen" and that this place involves my character in some way. She will send my character on a quest to find this place named Helgen. I will not look at the map when she leaves Druadach Redoubt and I';m not that familiar with that part of the game world, so both me and my character are likely to be lost for awhile. She will eventually reach Helgen and find out things about herself and get entangled in events she could not possibly forsee... Sounds like a neat idea. I take it you are going to use the console or construction kit to make the other Forsworn friendly to your character?
