Liz, seriously, ring your doctor first thing in the morning and book an appointment with him/her for this problem. If it's a case of you carrying Snuggles one moment and then you're on he floor next, that sounds like a random blackout, and that could be symptomatic of something potentially being pretty off. Chances are you're perfectly fine, and god do I hope you are, but getting it checked out ASAP is theist sensible option even if it (as it most like will) turn out to be nothing.
