Hi, I haven't been very active for some time, which I'm sorry for. Part of the reason is that I've been training a lot for a competition that is today, but well... I can't participate in it. See, day before yesterday, last practise before the competition, I managed to sprain my ankle so bad that I can hardly walk at the moment. Much less run 5,5 km. So yeah, that kind of went out of the window
