I can't advise you on the jobhunt and stress management part, but try upping your daily intake of water alongside a daily multivitamin and see if that helps.

Read: Water is water! Diet Pepsi, Tea, Coffee etc, *contain* water, are not water! (Sorry, I've had so many patients not realize this...the amount of sodium and sugar in a 12 ounce can of Coke or Pepsi, would *kill* the average human being if they were added to an equally sized glass of water and drank in that fashion. Soda dehydrates you, and Gatorade is solely for post-physical exertion...interpret that however you wish Badger!)

Like most things, I am nothing. It is simply a state of mind.

I am not a licensed therapist. Best I can say is that I've 'been there, done that' and figured out there was two paths in life when in came to adversity and making mistakes: Get Better, or Get Bitter.

I hate people who get bitter, so I decided I would try to get better. I have my shortcomings much like anyone else. I still need to get over getting ticked off at traffic....

Traffic. I can't stand it, lol. I try to stay positive, and I've been working on my temper lately.

Oy, this is in Los Angeles area too, where the Freeways literally become parking lots. Not trying to say my problems are bigger than yours, simply pointing out we have the fifth worst traffic in the world, just behind Tokyo and India.
