Hey everyone. Still numb from the loss of my Mom, and I got sick on top of it. Took a couple days off from everything and just lay around doing nothing. (needed that).

I'm going to give myself one more day of rest and then try to get back on here tomorrow to start catching up with everyone's stories, I am so sorry for getting behind on everyone.

No one is gonna be upset with you, mALX. <3

mALX, perhaps I speak the same sentiment as others here: You have nothing, NOTHING, to apologize for. As much as we are strangers over the interwebs, we are still decent human beings. And no decent person would make you feel that you were anything less than cared for.

You are grieving, and this is important. No only are you not falling behind, we are behind you 100%. As much as I can be there for you, I will. Even if it's just a sympathetic ear, that can sometimes make a world of difference. My Dad passed away three years ago in March, so I know a bit how you feel. He was the Parent I was closest too, and it sounds like you were pretty close to your Mom.

Also, she's been quiet, but Minque, the same goes for you; as well as anyone else who has lost a loved one here. I don't care if it's your pet hamster, I and many others are here to support you in your time of need.

No apology needed. I know how I would be under the same circumstances. I'm pretty sure none of us expect you to return any sooner than you are absolutely ready to. Take all the time you need.

mALX, everything will be here whenever you get to it. You are very missed when you’re gone, but I’m sure not one of us wants to be a source of stress. You give so much care and support to folks here. (I will spare you the bouncy net and brassiere metaphors that just popped into my head. Trust me, they were dreadful.) I hope some time and rest help you feel a little better.
