Winner of the most frequently given tip to new screenshooters, and deserving to be mentioned in the op: To get rid of the HUD (Menu), use the console command "~", then "TM" to Toggle Menu Off/On. And the runner up may be: How to add a caption and get rid of ImageShack Ads/the Golden Frog, etc. Also, may be applicable for ridding other sites' ads.One more: A short summary post of how to do an action screenshot.Screenshots of your beloved Characters - thread #1 HEREThis post has been edited by Chiglet: Dec 19 2008, 07:47 PM

QUOTE(mALX @ Aug 9 2013, 07:23 PM) Holy cow, it is a giant fighting Seth! How in the world did you free up the camera in combat? Awesome shots!
Oh yeah, it does look like that, huh? It's not a giant...it is a Nord. You do see the racial height difference in the Wolf/Bear standoffish pic. The Camera isn't 'free' its just vanity mode with various zooms at different angles. Wait for the perfect moment, tilde key, TM for toggle menus and print screen. The rest is freeware from Picasa Photo Viewer and Edit effects. Trivia: I turn the 'color temperature' all the way down in the Solstheim Pics to emulate a frozen, cold feeling. J.J. Abrams taught me that! And to shine lights into every freakin angle! *Flashes LED flashlights into mALX's pupils.* Drama! Action! Adventure!

QUOTE(Grits @ Aug 8 2013, 05:46 PM) And just so she doesn't get too pissed off, here's a new one of Abiene in some very soft lighting. Yay, the Abster is looking good. I have always liked her understated, "girl-next-door" look. She looks like a real woman, rather than one of those playboy pinups in micro "armor". QUOTE(PhonAntiPhon @ Aug 8 2013, 06:08 PM) Don't forget to go up for air! Won't the water smudge Niamh's makeup? QUOTE(Black Hand @ Aug 9 2013, 09:09 PM) Wow, that brings back memories of Solstheim. I always liked the ice caves there. The first time with Morrowind, rather than the Sky version of course. Is that the Nordic Ring Mail the baddie is wearing? I always liked how that looked. Though my favorite human armor was the Nordic Carved Armor. Bonemold is still my all time fav armor from Morrowind. I was going to put this one in the Oblivion forum, but it's in Moonshadow, so I decided here was better. Azura's taken Clark up to the viewing platform on top of her beach hut to watch the sunrise. Dawn takes at least six hours in Moonshadow, and sunsets last forever. Clark agrees that it's a Breathtaking View

Actually until I used the console command "look" on him, he was admiring the sunrise! I think he's getting jaded.
