I'm in my room playing video games 99.99999999999 percent of the time anyway, so I honestly don't need a whole apartment to survive, lol

Can we get a translator in here?

Or Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction?

A random observation...

My viewing of this medium called "television" has led me to conclude that the squirrel uprising is in full swing.

e.g.- search for "squirrels clipping coupons" or "squirrel Pepto Bismol"

I do appreciate the disclaimer in one of the latter advertisements which notes:

"Contracts with squirrels are not legally binding."

Funny, does my presence put a stop to the conversation at hand?

And yet I am, and live—like vapours tossed.
I long for scenes where man hath never trod
A place where woman never smiled or wept
There to abide with my Creator, God,
And sleep as I in childhood sweetly slept,
Untroubling and untroubled where I lie
The grass below—above the vaulted sky.â€

A few reasons.

Mostly; I suspect, is so they don't have to watch what they say perhaps, the comfort of anonymity. If you want to hear a man lie, look him in the eyes. If you want to hear him tell the truth, give him a mask.

Those lightsabers are just as dangerous to use as getting attacked by. All it takes is for you to even slightly being touched by your own weapon and voíla! Suddenly you´re missing one leg!
Such is not the case with metal blade swords. Those you can touch as much as you want, even the sharp part, and you won´t lose a body part tongue.gif

I know you can hurt yourself with other weapons just as easily, like guns. But those still require you to pull the trigger whilst the lightsaber doesn´t require anything more than you to touch it ever so gently which makes it so dangerous because as a sword it is supposed to be wielded all over the place.

True, but for someone skilled in their use that's not a problem.

But lightsabers are usually setup to deactivate if you let go, so a dropped lightsaber isn't dangerous, unlike a dropped blade, which could still stab you in the foot.

And a blade might not be able to cut your leg off, but you could accidentally sever an artery with it and bleed out, something that doesn't happen with a lightsaber because it cauterises the wound as it goes.

This is what happens when a person reads too many Star Wars books. wacko.gif

They never do in the movies, at least not the original ones which are the only ones I consider to be the true movies. I remember sabers being dropped and still being active.

Anyways, lets move on shall we? biggrin.gif What´s up today, mr Thorn?
