I did get a Blu Ray instead of a regular DVD a few years back, I thought of it as an "investment". Turns out it canīt read any burnt disc, only store-bought ones.

If you are burning files like mp4s or wmvs, the codecs they are encoded with makes a huge difference. Some players will only play divx encoded files, and so on. Likewise some will only play certain formats, like mp4s and avis, but not mkvs. It is just a matter of looking carefully at the specs of both player and disc. If it is just a matter of standard movie dvds or blu-rays, I am at a loss as to why it would not work. -------------------- |
