I never got why you have to install games on the Xbox. Can´t you just fire it up?

I don't have to install them, but most games seem to run better when installed. And I always install any game I'm likely to play heavily, those that come with add-ons, or those whose discs look a bit dodgy.

Also it means it's not always reading the disc, so it's quieter.

You can, but installation means that it loads way quicker than just playing straight off the disk. It's a good option for games you play regularly/have long times.

Also, Salvador is a great laugh. About as subtle and nuanced as a ton of brick of to the head, but there's something about his Gunzerking ability that's way more viscerally satisfying than any other character classes.

I tried out Dishonored but couldn't get into it. Lots of people like it though.

Same here, I'm not really sure why though. Plenty of things to like in the game, but it didn't really click.
