Just got in contact with Tradera about the seller who won´t get back to me regarding the malfunctioning Supaboy. Tried calling twice but no response and still no mejl. They will contact them and now I´ll just have to wait and see.

Well, at least you've made some progress with your supaboy. It doesn't surprise me the company are ignoring your calls...

It actually does surprise me. I´ve had problems with products before from other sellers, and all of them have met my complaints in a perfect way. I don´t know why this particular company just vanished.

Oh, well. Guess I could sell it myself with the problems highlighted and maybe get some money back anyway. People do buy faulty stuff too but they should know it´s faulty.

Got in touch with the company, finally! I explained the problems with the Supaboy and they agreed to take it back and return my money. So it seems I´ll get closure on this now
