Abiene and Lildereth had a brief squabble over who was going to wear the side-swept hairstyle for Saturalia. Thankfully they decided to celebrate in Skyrim. Crisis averted!

How fun to see Buffy ride Superian inside a ruin. Some of those places are so big they probably have their own weather! Nice to see the Welkynd stones lighting up the place.

I love the picture of Buffy’s ambush spot.

My favorite has to be the one where she’s clinging to the wall. Amazing!

ghastley- Hee! Buffy still gets plenty of waterfall play time. Thanks!

SubRosa- We are using Kvatch Rebuilt. The grounds outside the city remain permanently charred however. There is a nice stable outside and the city looks great inside though. Heh, Buffy takes the mare about anywhere she fits (once it’s safe inside). Yes, she does use a pair of robust fortify acro spells sometimes to get up to high perches. Thank you!

mirocu- Thanks! We love the extra flowers, ivy and ‘part of the forest’ feel that Buffy’s Bravil shows in our February screen of the month.

KC- Thank you! Buffy rarely wears hoods, and those she does need to be lined with silk – it’s an elf-ear thing more than ‘hood hair’. Lol.

DE- Thanks so much for your kind words! Your characters can probably relate to the fact that Buffy gets cranky if she doesn’t get to use her bow on a routine basis.

Rider- Thanks very much for popping in, and your encouraging words! As long as Buffy’s been playing, it just never gets old for us.

Grits- I so appreciate your endorsements of Buffy’s world; we had to look a bit to find a mod that enhanced and displayed the forest beauty that Buffy sees in Bravil. Oh, Abiene and Lil would both look great in that side-swept hairstyle but I know what you mean about the ‘both wearing the same dress’ syndrome.

Pausing under the moons. If you look toward the upper left corner, you will see a tiny triangle cluster of three bright stars. In Buffy’s game, that constellation always serves to show the way north.

Yup, that's part of the vanilla Oblivion night sky, and I love it, too. Otherwise the night sky isn't as nice as I'd like it to be.

Those triple stars are the only thing I miss in my current game, where I've replaced the nighttime sky with Real Night Sky. Oh well, can't win 'em all.

Happy late Heart Day to you too! That's quite a gift Buffy is giving. You shouldn't have!

Great to see we are back in Cyrodiil now. I understand Buffy loves Cyrodiil more than anywhere else. My characters can relate on this too. The Imperial province is just beautiful, much like our elf here.

Heh, I didn't even see Buffy there when I saw the image. I did think the woman on the table opposite of the Nord was Buffy, though I did wonder why she was taller and her hair color a bit changed. Then I saw why: she's not Buffy. Durr.

I like her pose. Just sitting there, thinking while Superian is grazing on the grass at his feet doing what all great mares do.

Beautiful moons! Masser and Secunda, and just under them a beautiful elf riding a beautiful horse in a beautiful night. Can it get any better?

The horse is on skooma. Buffy has to tell Superian that the horse is a bad influence.

Wonderful. I do miss Buffy. Acadian . . . I must demand you continue her story. Or else I will have to go to your home and take whatever pet you have hostage.

How fun to see Buffy and Superian waiting in the Market District together. I’ve seen the inside of the taverns quite often when in that situation!

DE- Thanks for your warm support! As with most critters, getting them to pose is always a challenge. Happily, Superian uses her animations pretty frequently (mod) and we can ‘freeze’ her in mid animation with the command console to help capture fun moments. Thanks also for the encouragement to write some more. The big pieces have been there for a long time, but Buffy is still struggling with many of her ‘trappings’ like bows and critters.

Rihanae- Lissa! Thank you so much for sending me that shot of you, Jessie and Anyanka at Black Cavern Falls. I love that spot. Superian and I have spent many happy days playing there! Hee! I bet Rihanae made you girls put on some clothes to take pictures. Your friend, Buffy

KC- Heh, thanks. Sometimes that silvery blonde hair does help the little elf stick out in a crowd when everyone’s always bigger than her. Thanks for liking the shot of her in the Leyawiin guild. It occurred I hadn’t posted a close up for some time.

Grits- I hope both the Grits and Jerric clans enjoyed Happy Heart’s Day. Thank you! On the shot under the moons, we waited for quite some time for that silly deer to raise her head, but she just kept nibbling the low grass.

And in response to a special request from SubRosa: Buffy astride Phantom.

The first thing that came to mind when I saw this was the voice from the Unreal Tournament games that shouts "HEADSHOT!"



Is it me, or are Buffy's outfits themed. Looks like the Witcher 2 for the former, dressed up like Ves. And the latter looks to be the Legend of Zelda, looks a lot like what Link wears, though it looks much better on Buffy

That jaguar looks most impressive. Heavy built, but more sleek than the tiger I’ve seen with Buffy a few times.

Taking out the trash – that outfit is fabulous! I love the headband and feathers.

Lining them up is just beautiful. The light catching on the arrow point, very neat!

My archers are getting very jealous of her bow collection. They'd be jealous of her outfits, too, if they wore any.

CT- Thanks, you nailed it! Buffy’s fave is probably the Link outfit from Zelda. I did some digging around and found out that, properly managed, silk can actually make for superb light armor – even before adding enchantments. So it makes for a nice Buffy-appropriate mix of silk and buckskin. She also has the Ves outfit and a selection of Assassins Creed outfits in her prodigious wardrobe. So we’ve worked out that ancestor moth silk takes color and enchantments well, while daedra silk is a natural pale gray that doesn't take color well, but is extremely durable.

KC- Thank you. That shot made Buffy seem more accurate than she is – she was aiming (as she normally does) for ‘center of mass’, so that shot was higher than intended. Looks neat though! Phantom flies like a horse rides except that the run command is fly, and she flies higher/lower when Buffy uses the mouse to look up or down.

SubRosa- Thanks. Buffy seems to be collecting bows faster than she’s settling down to one. We gave that leafy bow a small illusion (light) enchantment so it has a neat emerald magic glow to the leaves. She loves that spriggan outfit. We pretend it is ‘bound’ so she can summon it when in the rain or working a watery dungeon. I thought you’d appreciate Phantom.

Grits- Aww, thanks! I think it says much about Buffy that her ‘heal other’ spell is more quickly accessible than her ‘heal Buffy’ spell (much to my chagrin).

ghastley- Thank you. Buffy is so darn picky when it comes to bows – overall look as well as fine details like slender bowstrings that don’t gap when drawn etc. Buffy does have a lot of clothes, but her blouses don’t require as much material as would be required by your more. . . ample archers.


I’m sure that cuffing that bandit into the table hurt him a lot more than it did your paw.
