Hee! What a funny picture of the tiger licking its paw. Looks like a job well done. They must first see the little elf before they can make any estimations. I doubt they did. Looks like she might have made a decision in that one. What a pretty location. I love the sunset one. I had one of Aravi that is very similar to that one. I think its gone though.

Bandit-Table-Paw made me grin. With an exterior door at the top of that tunnel I can imagine the scene leading up to this picture! Mining for mithril, Buffy-style! Thats an impressive pile of tall folk! Bathtub! Nords and wood elves. Decisions decisions, and possibly the loveliest spot is right there in the picture. Could that little brook lead to a waterfall? Its impossible to keep up with Buffys travels but so delightful to catch a glimpse as she and Superian go by. Im also guessing Beldaburo is the location of that beautiful sunset. A conjuror lair with a beach must be a pleasant stop for Buffy. The last time Darnand was there he did exactly the same thing at sunset, though in a considerably longer skirt. The camp at Azuras shrine is my favorite. What a cozy scene and a reminder of one of the grim tasks Buffy has accepted along with the light that followed.

SubRosa- Yes, that sunset over the Abecean was taken from the exit of Beldaburo. Not the first time shes stepped out of a dungeon into such a Kodak moment. Thank you! ghastley- Mugshot! As obvious as that groaner is, it never occurred to me. Thanks! mirocu- Thank you. Buffy considers the Jeralls to be Lothrans Mountains. April Showers is up as our screenshot of the month. Hmm, perhaps May Flowers would be a good sequel? CT- Pocket Bosmer! Aww, thanks for your kind words! Phon- Impossible to train? You can always tell a Bosmer; you just cant tell them much. Thanks for stopping in! KC- Thank you! I know that you and Buffy both enjoy her big cats. Oh, I remember some of the magnificent Aravi shots from the Abecean Coast during her latter days in Cyrodiil. While I miss Aravi in Cyridiil, Im so glad she has found her place in Skyrim. I have so enjoyed learning about the northern province through her eyes and your skilled camera. Grits- Thanks, as ever, for your warm and insightful comments! Waaay back when Buffy did Azuras quest, she placed Ghola gro-Muzgols faded note on the podium by Azuras shrine. She reads it every time she visits the Queen of Dawn. Then she looks up at those five bright candles. And remembers. A magical place. * * * A wonderful friend to Buffy (Ayumifan), after several years absence, has resurfaced over at the BethSoft forums. Having drawn pictures of Buffy in the past, she has once again honored my elf with this quick sketch. With her bow almost welded to her left hand, Buffy is most decidedly a right-handed caster. The one exception is a powerful shield spell that Boderi Farano relentlessly drilled into Buffy if cornered. The spell infuses a powerful ward from Buffy's left hand into her bow so the fragile weapon can be used effectively for blocking without sustaining damage. Like this. With such additional protection, Buffy can generally manage a right handed spell to immobilize her foe, then bring either an absorb health spell or arrow to bear. Shes asked me not to mention that such encounters generally result in peeing her greaves as well. Hey, bully boy, you head-butted the wrong cat. Thank you, my friend. Let me tend to your wounds. Elf, are you sure you know where were going? As dawn quietly approaches the sky over Mania, Superian is likely thinking, Should I nudge her awake, or let sleeping elves lie?

Buffy's arrow.- Seriously, this is an awesome shot! Buffy kneeling down the bandit prey with her fierce feline by her side is great. The glowing eyes and the time of day adds to the scenery. Some ancient Ayleid weaponry.- I like that weaponry(the bow). As ancient as they were, no one can argue about the effectiveness of their tools. Then again, Daedric worshipers were always a force to be reckoned with. When coupled with a skilled wielder like Buffy, who knows what mayhem can follow. Restoring everyones attributes after a fight.- Getting cleaned up to fight another day, eh? Or maybe the same day. That panther looks hungry still. Enjoying a warm rain.- I'm assuming she already killed the necrodudes camped out behind her? Of course she did. She has to take out the trash. And get some shower! Taking out the trash.- Wow. I randomely mentioned taking out the trash and here she is, standing over a dead necrodude! Awesome! Line em up!- Great shot. The arrow looks deadly, too. So sharp! Loose away, Buff. Buffy astride Phantom- That's a kickass dragon! Im sure that cuffing that bandit into the table hurt him a lot more than it did your paw. Hehe, looks like he's sniffing the table. Serves him right, damn it! The perils of underestimating a small elf. Once again, Buffy is seen standing with nothing but her animal companions and a bunch of corpses. I like her! No, Journeyman, you may not use my mug for a bathtub. Decisions, decisions. Psst, Corinth Starbearer catching the evenings first stars. Wow. That's beautiful. Henceforth, above my shrine, five bright candles shall burn forever. By Azura! by Azura!! That sketch of Buffy is pretty neat! Hey, bully boy, you head-butted the wrong cat. Scratch that beef! Scratch it! Thank you, my friend. Let me tend to your wounds. Glad to see the cat is okay Elf, are you sure you know where were going? This had me smiling! Buffy does look lost. As dawn quietly approaches the sky over Mania, Superian is likely thinking, Should I nudge her awake, or let sleeping elves lie? Oblivion! How I love other realms! Amazing shot.

And yet I am, and live—like vapours tossed. I long for scenes where man hath never trod A place where woman never smiled or wept There to abide with my Creator, God, And sleep as I in childhood sweetly slept, Untroubling and untroubled where I lie The grass below—above the vaulted sky.”

What a wonderful sketch from Ayumifan! Great survival tip from Buffys guide to mystic archery. She has a plan for everything, and especially for when things dont go according to plan! I love the scale in the two pictures. First the minotaur towers over Buffys panther, then the panther is huge next to the petite bowgirl! Thats a lovely shot of healing her friend. Elf Are You Sure made me snort my tea. Thats one of my favorite favorites! Sleeping Elf is so pretty. I love the little glimpses into Buffys camp life, which in a way is like looking at someones living room since shes on the move so much. April Showers, how fitting! If thats where I think it is (between Chorrol and Battlehorn Castle) no wonder shes bundled up in the rain. I enjoyed these very much!

mirocu- Thank you! Buffy generally summons her bound spriggan outfit if the rain is warm, but for cooler rains, she does cover up to keep warm. ghastley- Heh, I think its a great touch how they made the regular minotaurs with a broken horn. Thanks! SubRosa- Thank you! Buffy gets little opportunity to use her light armor and block skills, but when she needs them they really help. So, she sometimes spars with bandit dogs since they dont bite that hard and she can calm them down when the training sessions over without killing them. Thank you for your kind observation about Buffy and her big cats. They compensate in many ways for what she is not: they dont get flustered if a fight gets close up, theyre skilled at melee and theyre big. Rider- Thank you! I find action shots quite the challenge, but sometimes they come out well. Like you, I enjoy so much about the big cats. Powerful enough to protect a horse and rider, but stealthy enough to shadow an elf in a dungeon. Of course, Buffy has a whole suite of spells to buff and protect her cats in return for their help. DE- Thank you for your wonderful comments. I see we both enjoy visiting realms beyond Cyrodiil like the SI and other provinces. They're great fun to visit and explore. Grits- Aww, thanks! Im so glad you enjoyed Buffy and the big cat consulting in that dungeon. You nailed the location of 'April Showers' - on the road between Chorrol and Battlehorn Castle. * * * As some of you know, Buffys currently exploring Valenwood as provided in the mod Valenwood Improved. All the below screens are from northern V-wood. The beauty of the Strid River Valley - Sunset near the head of the river.

A small river port.
Village tucked into a small tributary of the Strid. Tales of two cities - Arenthia in front of Skingrad.

QUOTE(Callidus Thorn @ Apr 18 2014, 05:00 PM) And I have to ask; what is Buffy wearing in "The Valley Floor"? Because it looks like very little With that number of waterfalls, I'm surprised to see her wearing anything.
