QUOTE(mirocu @ Apr 8 2014, 10:55 AM) I wanna shoot Schumacher for making them, he made Batman into a mockery I prefer those ones to the newer ones. There they tried to make Batman all realistic, and they just weren't as good because of it. And the third one was an utter trainwreck. I love the old ones because they get so much right. Jim Carrey as the Riddler was perfect, and seeing Jack Nickolson pull a revolver with a three foot long barrel from the waistband of his trousers is just the sort of crazy the Joker should have. And those films actually had the batmobile Sure, they were over the top and cheesy as hell, but what comicbook superhero isn't? This post has been edited by Callidus Thorn: Apr 8 2014, 11:01 AM

QUOTE(mirocu @ Apr 8 2014, 11:11 AM) I said slight And I won earlier so it´s ok "It don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile. Winning's winning." -Dominic Toretto, The Fast And The Furious. @Vital: Yeah, the first two were good, though I prefer Jack Nickolson's Joker to Heath Ledger's. In the newer films he was more of a straight up psychopath, I don't really think there was enough humour involved for the Joker. Also, none of those gag teeth of his were anywhere to be found But Dark Knight Rises... Ugh. This post has been edited by Callidus Thorn: Apr 8 2014, 11:18 AM

QUOTE(mirocu @ Apr 8 2014, 08:18 PM) QUOTE(Vital @ Apr 8 2014, 12:15 PM) the film lacked the one thing that would've made it worth it; Heath Ledger's Joker...
I sort of saw this coming from you... Was it the avatar? Nah, probably the name... And Callidus, you make a good point regarding the lack of humour in Ledger's Joker. There were a few humorous moments but not that many. Guess I just like a good psychopath This post has been edited by Vital: Apr 8 2014, 11:24 AM

QUOTE(mirocu @ Apr 8 2014, 11:27 AM) I do think the Joker should have humor while still being highly dangerous.
Definitely. While Heath Ledger made for a good villain in The Dark Knight, because of the scriptwriters he was a poor Joker.
