It was a big date weekend (already) for the Grits children. Due to a phone issue The Girl had to send me her pictures, so I got to see one of her boyfriend with his arm around her grinning like he’d just won the lottery. It was the year end semi-formal dance. He needs to meet Mr. Grits and The Boy as soon as possible. I want him looking a little more terrified!

Anyway neither of them can drive so that means me in the front seat checking for hands in the rear view mirror. I like The Boy’s girlfriend. Her mom makes me laugh.
