My cheat sheet (the chart is at the bottom) says his name is Hajong. But I have noticed that the spelling of names varies, depending on who is translating. He is definitely the guy you are thinking of, the son of the minister and MiShil. You are right that the apple seems to have fallen far from the tree in his case. But then Mi Shil is a truly extraordinary person. It is a good thing there are not many people in the world anywhere near her caliber!

Here's a recent pic of Melaina. Poor baby developed a food allergy in February to the same food she's been eating for three years. She wound up losing two pounds which doesn't sound like a lot, but she's a tiny cat and the medication makes her fur fall out :/ Most of the fur on her head was gone because a certain somebody was slathering it all over her.

So now she's on a hypo-allergenic diet and is doing much better

Mel is so cutie! One of my brother's dogs is also allergic to something that is in most standard dog foods (I forget exactly what). So he makes his dog food by hand, from things like hamburger, carrots, and so on.

Aww thanks everyone. She is a precious little tuxedo cat! I think the hardest part (other than when she looked so horribly sick) is keeping her out of the other cats' food. She likes hers and all, but I catch her nibbling out of the other cat bowls and sometimes she'll have a mini-break out.

Like right now.

Sigh.

Eventually, when funds are better, I would like to make her homemade cat food. She almost stole an entire boneless fish fillet off my husband's plate (it was bigger than she is and the best part was that she looked him in the eye while trying to run off with it!) so I think I know what she'll enjoy.

Yes! If you have the time and opportunity you should try BARF, that is home made raw food it is very healthy for cats! There are lots of instructions online how to do it! Its not hard but it takes time.....I would actually like to try..
