The MASH Korean war vintage medevac helicopters (glass bubble, 'wire-frame tail') were H-13's - more commonly known as the Bell model 47. The UH-1 (Huey) shown in that picture flying over the setting sun was the first heavily used military helicopter with a turboshaft (jet) engine instead of a reciprocating (piston) engine, and came into epic service during the Vietnam war.

My aviator eagle eyes and recalling what you've been watching lately reveal that the book/box on your TV stand is about China Beach. So, I presume the box with the Huey on the front is related - that pegs it to Vietnam, where the Huey was truly an icon. Kewl!
