The similarity in the writing style (AKA grammatical errors) is why I instantly thought Flowerboom, that and Flowerboom's history of harassing and stalking Acadian, then threatening other members who defended him or didn't agree with their rigid moral standards they felt no one but themselves could meet. But, that said - that isn't to say there isn't a possibility another nut exists in this world. If the person actually lives in the US, (and especially around the Austin area which is known to be a high security area due to the proximity of the military) then they are much easier to be stopped by Homeland Security, especially if they don't have full citizenship here.
