QUOTE(Lopov @ May 17 2015, 04:53 PM) QUOTE(mALX @ May 17 2015, 12:51 AM) and wondered how the Player finds out who ordered the murder - and does Aard follow up on it (does the game give the Player the option to follow up on it?) Motierre - is this the same one from Oblivion? In the last screen, look at Aard's shadow ... is it ... Mickey Mouse? GAAAAAH! I'll never feel safe at Disney World again! In fact you know who wants to kill the Emperor immediately, you are told by the Night Mother to go and might Motierre and he reveals you his plans. It's not the same Motierre but it's his descendant. Lol about the Mickey Mouse shadow, I didn't even notice it. In fact it's not a shadow but a part of the door but it looks like a mousy shadow indeed. Oh, okay. I am kind of glad Aard did keep his promise to the Emperor, it is kind of like an "Honor Among Thieves" type thing. He may be an assassin, but honors his promises, you know what I mean? I like that. It makes him gray rather than all black. Nice touch! This post has been edited by mALX: May 18 2015, 01:53 AM

QUOTE(Lopov @ May 13 2015, 02:48 PM) @GritsUh oh, Darnand at work, and he got some help from frost & fire! What is the hat on the bandit closest to the screen?
Lopov, that hat is the light armor Seafarer or something hat from Immersive Armors. It goes with a sailor-themed armor set. Sometimes they show up on higher level bandits. Welcome home to the Listener! Wow, I forgot how much money is in that urn. Congrats to Aard and his remaining Dark Sister and Brothers. Their new sanctuary is going to look terrifying! I love the picture of Aard and Shadowmere alone under the aurora. Beautiful.

Hello everyone. The following situation is true, the participants are NOT actors (well .... actually they are actors, according to the Creation Set, but...) The following screenies took place a couple months ago, when Claire Voyance was trying to find Vokskygge. "Are you sure Volskygge is around here?" "Yes I'm sure, Lydia. We'll find it. Must be somewhere south." Here, let me try my little mind trick. Claire gets a faraway look on her face, as she transforms her mind to travel abroad. Skilled in clairvoyance, she is indeed. She looks to the skies, in her mind's eye.Higher and higher she travels...'Til she is well above the landscape. Yes, the place is very near. Aela and Lydia watch silently, as they cannot fathom what Claire's clairvoyance allows her to see. She plunges her mind into the outer ruins of Volskygge, where she sees a gruesome sight. And three outlaws, basking round a fire.Satisfied with what she sees ahead, her clairvoyance ends. Mind and body become one again. (note, look in the distance, see those four Imperial guys? They will play a role in the upcoming melee. They just happened to show up). Here we are, friends. Tread carefully............... Claire readies her turning undead power....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Clank! Clank! Crash!Lydia looks to the fore, while the Imperials battle the undead (I love that look on her face) "Is that it? That your best?""I've got your back, Imperial!" "Hey, that feels good!""Well it's over. Great job, everybody! We battled the outlaws of Volskyyge, and all we got was this lousy campfire." This post has been edited by Renee: May 28 2015, 02:15 AM

Renee, I love how you’ve done Claire’s clairvoyance power! What a fantastic idea! She has such a cute expression as she’s focusing her mind outward. The one with the four Imperials in the background is my favorite. Claire has a determined stride. Lydia Looks to the Fore is another winner, she does have a great look on her face! Neat to see Claire healing her allies. It must have been hectic all bunched up on the stairs like that. Aela looks like she thinks Claire is in her seat! That was a fun way to end this adventure in pictures. Look how Claire is sitting like a lady unlike the bandit from the beginning. Here are a few from recent days. Sofie Mikkesdaughter visits the parents. I was surprised to discover she had never gone to Kynegrove. I guess she really is out on her own. Valdi’s favorite view in Mzinchaleft. She still gets butterflies. Shopping: Erik the Purse-Holder assumes the position. From Jerric’s adventures: Ishckrihk lingers in the sun. Darnand loses his appetite. Is there a problem, officers?Ladykiller.

It looks like someone in that pic didn't want to see Sofie. Is that grown-up Lucia with her back turned? Poor Erik the Purse-Holder, every man's worst nightmare (oh wait, that is buying feminine hygiene products...) Yikes, I guess a full moon is likely to quell anyone's love of buttered crab legs! I am sure Jerric knows all of those officers by name. And they know him by offense "Yep, it's drunk and disorderly again."

Wow, Sofie is looking hawt and buff! Aww, that’s a good picture of Erik. I can see why Valdi's attracted to him. . . he reminds me a bit of a younger Jerric. I can imagine Erik sniffing indignantly and reporting, “This is not a purse, it is an apothecary satchel!” Oh wait. . . that sounds like what Darnand would say. Hee! I hope Itchy doesn’t melt in the sun. Poor Darnand. Looking forward to steamed mud crab with butter, only to realize what Jerric is using for bait. . . . Looks like Jerric and Ulfe stumbled into Solitude guard rush hour. Ladykiller is such a great shot. I love how you can actually see that the lady was a tramp vamp.

QUOTE(Renee @ May 27 2015, 09:06 PM) You had some spectacular shots here, but these two were outstanding even above them all! Totally Awesome shots here, Holy Cow! What a battle that must have been! - I never noticed that till you said something, QUOTE(Grits @ May 28 2015, 10:17 AM) You know this has to be my favorite, since it is a scene replayed NUMEROUS times in Jerric's life, lol. Great shots, all! @ Everyone - What is with Imgur and these giant shots suddenly? Has Imgur changed how they are doing pictures now? They are suddenly more than twice as big as my 19" screen, what is going on with that? Are mine doing that too? I better go look.

QUOTE(SubRosa @ May 28 2015, 10:14 PM) My pics are the same size as always - 1920 x 1080. They always scale to fit my window whenever I bring them up. I notice Grits' only appear to be 1364 x 768 (playing on a laptop then Grits?).
Maybe the pictures are not bigger, but your desktop resolution is lower?
I'm on a laptop too, what does that mean? How do I check the resolution on my laptop, and what should it be set at? Because now that you say something, I did change over to Avira Antivirus right before the giant pictures started, and it does something weird with my screen if my hand lingers on a key a few seconds where it changes the size of the type. It drives me nuts, and I don't know how to make it stop doing that. This post has been edited by mALX: May 29 2015, 03:21 AM

QUOTE(Acadian @ May 28 2015, 10:20 PM) MALX, I just brought up some random screens posted by me, you, SubRosa, Grits and Renee. I don't see any changes from the way they normally look.
So something has changed on my laptop, but I need to know what changed/why/and how to fix it. The only thing new on my laptop is the Avira.

HA HA HA Erik the Purseholder! Every girl needds one, right? It looks like there's a tiny flare of electricity in that final shot, Grits ... boy Jerric has come a long way. ha ha Molly: That's such a dreamy picture of you, wow. I finally figured out how tfc1 works! XD I've got 1360 x 768, but I tend to resize my pics a lot. Sometimes I crop 'em, because I'm too lazy / distracted to turn menus off as I'm gaming. Are my pics still gigantic to you, mALX? This post has been edited by Renee: May 29 2015, 12:46 PM

Laptop monitors typically have a lower screen resolution than the bigger ones made for desktops. One of my old work laptops had that same 1364 x 768 as its largest resolution. If you want to find out what your resolution is, it will vary a bit depending on what version of windows you have. But in general right click on any empty spot of your desktop. In Windows 7 the box that pops up will have a line called 'Screen Resolution' that you can click on, and it will take you right to its settings. I think Vista is similar. In Windows XP that box will have a line saying Display Properties. Click on that and in the next little window go to the Settings tab. In any case, set it to whatever resolution you like best. Higher resolutions make everything look sharper, but also smaller over all. I don't know anything about this new antivirus of yours. I have never heard of it. I don't know why it would change your desktop resolution, but I wouldn't rule it, or something else out, as the culprit.

I don't know why it would change your desktop resolution, but I wouldn't rule it, or something else out, as the culprit. It is showing as set on the highest resolution in the settings; 1600 X 900. The only thing I've done differently right before this happened (that I remember) was to change over from Trend Micro Antivirus (which was using up way too much memory) to Avira antivirus, which (according to Tom's Hardware) is supposed to be the lowest memory waster giving the highest protection available in freeware. (It works great, uses WAY less memory, but irritates me with pop-ups trying to talk me into buying their full program) But ever since I changed over to it, when I hover over the keys my screen suddenly flips to a magnified text - I hate that, it is very irritating. And I just noticed the large screens the last couple weeks too - they have never been like that before, and the only change I can remember is the Antivirus. I don't know what else would cause it, or how to search out a solution.
