QUOTE(Winter Wolf @ Jun 22 2015, 03:08 AM) Oh I cannot do that. That would mean I would have to give up the male stereotype, lazy arse attitude that all gamers have. People would see me moving and expect me to start working around the house. Cannot have that!
BWAAHAA!!!! Is this my husband on here? QUOTE(Winter Wolf @ Jun 22 2015, 03:08 AM) mALX is spot on about the baby. No way they would go to that effort without the baby featuring somehow. Nuked at the start would not make sense unless there is some revenge factor.
Hoping we can play an evil story-line but we will not find out until later.
Yeah, they said they have voice files for 1000 of the most popular baby names; who would use all those resources for a baby that died in the first 10 minutes? It wouldn't even need a name for that. I have already pre-bought it, and have been playing Fallout 3 in my spare time to get myself ready for it. In my regular time I've been playing ESO, though; and I absolutely LOVE it !!!! So far I've only seen Balmora and Vvardenfel, but Hazmick has been to Skyrim; and my son has seen High Rock - it is what I've always wanted to see, Tamriel with no borders. QUOTE(mirocu @ Jun 22 2015, 04:01 AM) Tamriel with no borders? Already got that in Oblivion OMG! The buttface has returned!! It is always here whether you see it or not. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) And you could escape the borders in Oblivion for a mod or to find an empty landscape, this is all the games combined into one Morrowind, Daggerfall, Oblivion, Skyrim = ESO has them all, only better graphics and NPC's; all new quests - and if you like to travel with a friend, they are there to be met; but it is not required you do. It is AWESOME !!! Right now it is the best game EVAH!!!! (But Fallout 4 has not come out yet). This post has been edited by mALX: Jun 22 2015, 09:11 AM

Yeah, who would put 1000 names into the system without any other reason than the first part of the game. No chance of that. If the character survived 200 years then it is damn sure the baby survived as well, by being picked up and sheltered by somebody. He/she will certainly appear later on. Wow! Does ESO really have better graphics and NPC than ES?? That is a pretty amazing effort if they have achieved that, considering the game takes in all the provinces and other lands. I rarely play online so I have not put any study into the review of the game.

QUOTE(mirocu @ Jun 22 2015, 04:34 AM) Yeah, when you venture past the borders in Cyrodiil there really isnīt much to see.. Still better than online gaming and Steam though Edit: Parents moving out today. Not completely, but most of their stuff. Got to borrow a lorry/truck from a friend so we donīt have to move everything piece by piece with the cars. You don't need Steam for it, but it is online. QUOTE(Callidus Thorn @ Jun 22 2015, 12:00 PM) The thought occurred, as thoughts tend to at 3am when you can't sleep, that considering the size of the population, million-to-one chances happen thousands, perhaps even millions, of times a day.
To me, this is a distinctly depressing thought.
It is all in what that million to one chance is though. How about winning the lottery? Or beating some grand champion at something? Million to one, that is a good thing! QUOTE(mirocu @ Jun 22 2015, 12:07 PM) Moved most of my parentsī stuff today, the weapon locker being on thing. Heavy thing Are you all still moving? Holy Cow! But I knew you were strong enough to heft a heavy weapons locker, I've seen your arms.

QUOTE(mirocu @ Jun 22 2015, 12:19 PM) Bah, my arms arenīt that big We used a good whatever-itīs-called on wheels so it was relatively easy. Still, it weighs over 150kg. A hand truck? A dolly? It is all in what that million to one chance is though. How about winning the lottery? Or beating some grand champion at something? Million to one, that is a good thing! My million to one shots tend to be the kind of little oddities that leave you wondering "how on Midgard did that happen?", with no significance to them whatsoever. And at the moment, getting a solid wight hours of sleep is a million to one chance for me. And not one that's turning up.

QUOTE(mirocu @ Jun 22 2015, 11:22 AM) Hey! Stop using the Everything thread for reasonable, coherent posts! Save that for the Coffee Shop thread! This thread is for spamming, spamming and spamming! Hey, that is not my fault! I came here expecting somebody, anybody to have already made a thread about the soon coming Fallout game, so I could discuss it with reasonable like-minded people, but no, that was too hard for people to be bothered. Instead I am surrounded by people that refuse to play modern games and spend their time building up 2000 hour characters with millions of gold and bottlecaps. Is it my fault that others refuse to 'get with the program????' Please read the above statement tongue in cheek. I am just having fun.
