I don't know whether this location has an actual name but it's located north of the Nightgate Inn. Following the road further north you come upon one of Dwarven ruins, Alftand I think.

mALX, those are bones on a string - common in Skyrim as noisemaker traps. Usually you find them in tight passages in dungeons to warn the occupants of approaching clumsy Nords. On the 'table' is a sword, skeleton and shrine to Arkay.
