QUOTE(Renee @ Dec 9 2015, 04:06 PM) I like the blurriness of that last picture. How did you get that?
May I assume you refer to the image of my avatar as Crusader seated at the bar in Imperial Bridge Inn? I prepare most captured game images for posting with the freeware program Paint.net. It's a fairly basic program, but has most functions I need and is super easy to master. Almost all my posted images require cropping. The image in question needed only a bit of unnecessary ceiling shaved off the top. As to the 'blur', it was achieved via Paint.net's 'effects/photo/glow' filter. I didn't use its default settings but moved the three sliders until I got the look I wanted. I also monkeyed with the 'adjustments/levels' settings (NOT auto-level, which is worthless for game captures) for a bit of extra warmth. I'm not normally a big fan of soft-focus, so after adjusting color levels and applying glow I compensated somewhat with 'effects/photo/sharpen' at one of its mildest settings. (I did want 'some' soft-focus, the room being lit by soft candlelight.) This post has been edited by Decrepit: Dec 10 2015, 01:02 AM

oh I see. Paint.net. Yes, I have this program too, as well as an old version of Photoshop. Pretty cool the way Adobe puts all its old programs up on its website for free. Well, thanks for explaining, yes I also crop almost all my pics, and resize the on-screen ones often too. Kahreem, Lopov style* Duuche Bayag (my first custom-made NPC) Remember me? * my Redguard looked away from the "camera" dangit. He's looking upward. Not a true Lopov pic then, but a cheap reproduction. This post has been edited by Renee: Dec 13 2015, 05:56 AM

QUOTE(Renee @ Dec 13 2015, 02:42 AM) I think this is the first time we see Mr Weet from so close and without any headgear. How about buying some copyrights for taking such screenshots? QUOTE(Renee @ Dec 13 2015, 02:42 AM) Duuche Bayag (my first custom-made NPC) I'm sure he lives up to his name. QUOTE(Renee @ Dec 13 2015, 02:42 AM) It's Lady Gaga! I mean Saga! Nice outfit.

Kahreem most def changed the moment entirely from Lopov's face on look when he rolled his eyes; These are great shots! Your game must be a lot of fun with all these guys (and their names! ).

Before going to Pale Pass, Lothran did some winter cleaning in his collection and decided to throw away a copy of this weapon. Well, just before entering Pale Pass he found another one in a chest. If thatīs not a sign that he should have one I donīt know what is

Awesome pics! Lothran the Ogre slayer! I forgot just just how high the mountains in Cyrodiil are. Scary stuff. And do not knock the 'chill down a beer spell.' Tomorrow in Melbourne is 35 Celsius ( 95F) for Christmas. Send Buffy and her spell my way. I have never seen a white Christmas. Needless to say I will be playing FO4.

Thanks, mr Wolf QUOTE(Acadian @ Dec 24 2015, 04:19 PM) Hee, dear Lothie can speak for his pal Buffy any time! And you are quite right about her 'mostly for cooking' level of destruction skill. After all these years, Buffy and I are honored and humbled that her gift of Snowflake still finds a place in Lothran's arsenel. I donīt wanna take liberties, but I remember Buffy talking about cooling a beer which was why I was daring enough to post that Using that prep spell, Snowflake becomes quite dangerous. As the spell stuns the foe itīs very easy to get many hits on them before they get back up, and the weaknesses multiplies the daggerīs efficiency. Add to that its usefulness as a Frost collectible! QUOTE(Acadian @ Dec 24 2015, 04:19 PM) The ogre getting snow angel tips from Lothran was brilliant!

Colla Gius was a famous painter of the 3rd and 4th Era, most notably known by painting nobles of Cyrodiil at various points of their lives, but his most prominent works are still considered to be The Adventures of the Champion of Cyrodiil, informally called the Oberon's adventures. As Colla Gius often mentioned, portraying Oberon according to his tellings was not only extremely difficult because he had to picture events which he didn't witness personally, but because the Champion of Cyrodiil was a difficult man to cope with. Not only were his tellings sometimes difficult to understand since it's widely known that Oberon was quite a drinker, but he was also dissatisfied with Gius' paintings and rudely chased him from his home more than once, when Gius showed him his works. However, with time Oberon and Gius became friends and supposedly Gius made some unique paintings for the Champion, for which he never allowed to be publicly displayed. Nonetheless, we consider ourselves lucky to have a lot of paintings from The Adventures of the Champion of Cyrodiil to show you: The PrisonerThe very first pic in the series features Oberon lying in his dank cell in the Imperial City prison. A good findA painting by many criticized to be too dark, it's supposedly one of Oberon's favorites, since it pictures him finding a bottle of ice-cold ale below the Imperial Prison. The ale didn't last long of course. Death of the EmperorOne of the most famous works from the series it features not only the death of the Emperor but also the tense moment when Baurus trusted Oberon to carry the Amulet of Kings. Over the years, Men and Mer made up many quotes about what did they talk about but Oberon dismissed all such quotes as stupid, claiming that their conversation was very short and that all he said to Baurus was: "Yes, he trusted ME. Now stop staring at ME. And no, I'm not an assassin but an agent. It's a difference, you know?" As a result of this statement, the above painting is informally known as Yes, he trusted ME.
