QUOTE(Callidus Thorn @ Apr 5 2016, 12:11 PM) QUOTE(Acadian @ Apr 5 2016, 07:59 PM) ...Skyrim took a long time to grow on us after OB but we wouldn't go back now. ... -The underlined: Do you run a lot of mods? Well, I'll just have to read and see. And hope it doesn't make me consider buying Skyrim I run around 75 mods for Skyrim. Buffy is all about bow + magic + horse + exploration + dungeon crawling. So our 'needs' are different from what some may seek. For Buffy and I, unmodded Oblvion is a little better than unmodded Skyrim. But I prefer modded Skyrim to Oblivion with or without mods. I very much dislike Skyrim's leveling system. Same with the game mechanics of hand micromanagement when it comes to blending bow + magic. If I could not modfix those detractors, I'd go back to Oblivion. But I can fix them, which allows the magnificent wild and natural 'feel' of the game to shine through. I love the 'presence' that the horses have as well as mounted archery. Love the organic feel and sound of archery. Love the tender loving care that went into crafting the beautiful and varied dungeons.

QUOTE(Decrepit @ Apr 5 2016, 04:34 PM) Woot! I've been waiting for our area specialist in a certain medical condition to receive her Medicare approval so that I can get the ball rolling on a certain treatment I need. Just found out she got it! It's still gonna cost me plenty but, as I understand it, not nearly as much as I would without the approval. Darn condition has been bugging me to no end for too many months. I could of course have been treated far soon, but just couldn't see myself paying for the whole darn thing on my own if there was any viable alternative, and the condition is not life threatening. Not pleasant by any means, but I can live with it . . . after a fashion.
I'll know more by the end of the week. And no, I ain't gonna spill the beans on the condition, not just yet.
Oh, that is great news! I hope it all works out great for you!

When I had Oblivion on my old laptop I only had at most a dozen, you must have rebuilt half the game by now.
