It is one of the towers rising from the mountain Shriekwind is built into, looking north to Lake Ilinalta. That island in the lake is probably the Lady Stone. North Shriekwind Bastion is what the map marker is on that side of the mountain.

I think Mirocu is right about it being Chorrol; that is Abiene's milieu. (plus that is most def a Chorrol door in the background)
