Glad to hear things are getting better for you. Most things get easier with age. Responsibilities multiply but as you get older you begin to get less emotional (a lot of mood swings can be attributed to teenage hormone changes if my personal experience is the norm) about things and get more comfortable with yourself in general.

I think you'll find that in general, this site is one of the most respectful ones out there.
