I'm assuming the location in the background are Sundered Towers?
There is one Nordic ruin between Ragnval and these towers, I could check the exact name on the UESP, but that'd mean cheating. But it's something with the word "skull" in it. Anyway, that's my last guess for this pic. -------------------- "I saw a politician the other day."
