BWAAHAA!!!!

There are quite a few smaller buildings with the vertical plank walls, but only a few large enough to need the pillars. The taverns don't have a wood floor. The Hall of the Vigilant is either intact, or completely destroyed. We've eliminated Traitor's Post, so it has to be one of the buildings in Helgen, but I don't remember one being that complete. I'll have to go and take a look, and report back.

You're correct, it's the building in Helgen, the one on which you jump during the tutorial. On the lower floor you can find this bed, on which Corcaigh is sitting. The building is far from complete but the pic is taken at such angle to make it look more complete than it actually is.
