Khajiit really likes the Elven Dagger and Shortsword. The curves on these weapons are awesome. It kind of baffles this one that they didn't continue this aesthetic into the Longsword and Claymores.

Those two are my favourite weapons of their type in the game. Well, the base game at least. I do have something of a soft spot for the golden shortswords the Golden Saints carry biggrin.gif

The Golden Saints, or the equipment? hubbahubba.gif Because if it's the former I always preferred the Dark Seducers. They sound much more promising wink.gif

But there are too items of generic equipment that I love above everything else in the Isles: The Madness Waraxe and the Amber Armour.

I think the exact opposite. A two-handed sword, especially, wants to be a two-edged weapon. There are a few exceptions (the Akaviri katana being one) but those dictate a different style of combat that is closer to the sabre than the claymore. Unless the game has two sets of animations, then making all two-handers double-edged makes more sense.

Since Oblivion uses the same animations for axes and maces as well as swords, the curved single-edged weapons don't really belong at all.

I'm sure SubRosa will want to rant, too. biggrin.gif

Khajiit never noticed this as they already had katanas and daikatanas. Should pay more attention next time this one is playing.
