I watched the first season of Dark Matter earlier this year and loved it. I have not gotten to the second season yet. There is too much to watch right now for me to keep up. My only complaint about the show was the one female pilot character was way uber-powerful. They explained it later in the show (with Wil Wheaton!
 ), but it took a long time getting there. The only other problem I had was I have trouble remembering the numbers in place of names. As in I cannot. So I know them all as The Japanese guy, the Black guy, the Gun Bunny, the Rich Guy Playing At Being A Criminal, the Girl With Green Hair, and so on... -------------------- |

Watched Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn this evening, since it was on tv.
Wasn't impressed. For a start, it's almost criminally mistitled, as it bears only the vaguest connection to the game(and a fairly implausible one at that). Instead you see a guy just before the game takes place, having a flashback to when he met the Master Chief. Eventually. First you've got to go through all the buildup, which is as cliched and predictable as you'd expect after the first couple of minutes of the flashback. I might have liked it a little more had they given it a proper title, but not by much. -------------------- A mind without purpose will walk in dark places

Currently watching the Chinese film Red Cliff. Khajiit loves movies about ancient-medieval China!

Cool! I loved that. Are you watching the International Version, which is only about 2 hours and change, or the original, which is over 4 hours? I saw the original, and loved it.
