At work, Khajiit noticed water drip, drip, drip on his shoulder. Looks up and can see water spreading through the ceiling tile above him. So he runs out from under the tile. Second later, the tile comes crashing down in a soggy, powdery cardboard mess. Now he's got trash cans under a leak coming from the ceiling
