It was! I tried dropping the quest and redoing it to see if I could save him before I found out it was a scripted thing. That was an excellent questline.

One of the things this one misses most is being able to reload a save after he does something stupid with his supplies or in order to try a quest over again to see if it has a different outcome.

At any time before you complete the quest, you can drop it and go start it over - redo any mistakes you have made. Once you complete it though = too late.

Oh that is really good to know. This one would have probably looked around Bleakrock a bit more if he realized the town would be filled with baddies at the end of that one quest.

Question:
Do we ever retake Bleakrock from the Daggers?

No, its questline is over. I always explore everywhere before doing any quests - get all the skyshards and learn where all the good loot spawns in case I ever return for some reason. Before One Tamriel it was good to go back to the Starter areas like Bleakrock to farm mats, but since One Tamriel = don't have to any more, may as well farm in Coldharbour, lol.

Aww The Pact just left it to its fate? Bleakrock was nice! Not to mention the tactical threat of the enemy using their foothold on Bleakrock to stage another invasion.

Well now it is an easy spot to build up your ledgerdomain, lol.

The people that owned everything there are gone forever; and so are the guards that would catch and arrest you; but there is still plenty around to take - you just have to make it back to Stonefalls to find a fence for it all.

Also, there is tons of food and weapons laying around - steal them; cook the food and deconstruct the weapons - boost your ledgerdomain/provisioning/and all three equipment crafting disciplines really quickly (because deconstructing stolen armor and weapons gives a very high XP)

- Don't forget to drink some of Breda's Mead before going down there to boost your XP for the above activities, and you will really raise your skills up in just a few trips.

Congrats to Champion Hai-Rei! happy.gif

Jerric has been sharing Festival bonus time with crafters Elke and Lleduri so that they can keep up with him. It's slow going and they're both one bracket behind, but tomorrow they get to move to Elden Root. The house fund took another hit when Jerric bought the sorrel horse for newcomer Sola al-Las'ah. I have a feeling that once the bank hits 43k again, someone is going to want the black horse. This is why Darnand holds Jerric's money. Might need to bring him to the PC team just to govern the Nord's spending.

I'm all in favor of Elden Root as a base. The first time Buffy saw it, she fell in love with it and cannot imagine another place to call her home. I mean it is pretty convenient but. . . it's deep in the forest and it is a Tall Tree! IPB Image

Sounds like a trip to Bleakrock is in Mira's near future!

I pictured Buffy living in Elden Root the first time I saw it = a year before she even came to ESO!

Ledgerdomain is not easy to raise, so taking advantage of that Mead when doing anything illegal like stealing or fencing - really good idea. I got Misa's up pretty high during the Witches Festival !!!

We took your advice and Mira went back to Bleakrock. It was annoying fighting The Daggers every few feet but she did a little looting, got some items to fence and weapons to break down.

Also, somehow managed to go into the Deshaan quests out of order so Mira had already defeated Vox before taking out the Llodoos Plague threat.

Did you drink the koolaid er, I mean drink Breda's Mead before going? And the enemies aren't inside the houses, so you can loot at your leisure in them (and the doors were left unlocked, so don't have to pick locks or anything).

By the way, does anyone know why that lady and her husband and dog didn't evacuate the island? I thought they were supposed to. (?)

Yes, we did drink the special mead! Not sure about the family and their dog though.

I'm sitting at around 1,500,000 total. Keep in mind this is the combined total of each character's personal gold. I'll be broke when housing's released with only my Motif Fund and the Crafting Monkey's money (used for materials and motifs) left.

Wow Monkey, you should be able to afford at least a couple of houses!

Feng seems to be having a hard time getting into his Alliance quests. Mira is enjoying hers but Feng is a bit rudderless right now. Guys, this one is afraid Feng is going to fall into a life of crime! ohmy.gif
Just the other day he was talking about maybe joining the TG or the DB.

Holy Cow !!! You'll be able to get one of those awesome mansions!!!!

Oh, well for me ... I make my characters deposit all their pocket money into the bank before logging off at the end of the play session. The next day before leaving the bank they withdraw a set amount for expenses (kind of like a "bank till," "drawer," or "draw" - whatever it is called in your neck of the woods, lol).

At the end of the day I have a good indication of how much net profit they each made that day; and can keep good track of how much income was from Guild Store sales, how much from Writs or quests - which character earned what.

That way I'm always on top of my net worth to the penny at any given moment, lol. Since I've been shooting for this house, I've actually been keeping a running tally of it, with pictures of the houses I want up on my wallpaper, laugh.gif

You got the Adventure Pack, didn't you? I can't remember if you ended up getting it or not. Is Feng in a different Alliance than Mira? (and if so, which?)

Oh, since they made the One Tamriel changes, you can make your own path in the world = not worry about following any Alliance quests if you don't want to.

And once I have played Misa through every quest in all the Alliances of the game, I doubt I'll want to go through all that with any other character, will probably just want to do the quests that give skill points or great reward with the others.

So Misa was THE character to play the game with, but when it comes down to it, my other characters will probably be the ones to roleplay in the game with.

Bubba (the one that is now my crafter) - he started off being a thief; but that was a year before the DB & TG DLC came out.
