Khajiit can't find it anywhere. They use it for all kinds of stuff though. Prego Spaghetti sauce ran a commercial a while back that used the tune but made up a jingle to the tune about their sauces. This one's first thought was that it came from The Barber of Seville. Khajiit doesn't know. Decrepit might know.

Found it! You were right Reaps, it is from Carmen, and French, not Italian like Khajiit was thinking. It's from a song called Toreador en guarde.
