As a note, Gorski is a Polish surname, also present in Slovenia. Quite uncommon, but still. It means "one from the mountain", but it can also mean an ownership of something mountain-related. It was nice seeing a familiar surname in a video game.

Oh, that is really interesting about the name! My son's middle name is "Hamilton" (which is supposed to mean "From the Beautiful Mountain." when used as a child's name rather than a family name).

Hmmmmm. After looking at the picture again, I realize now that this is a bit tougher to figure out than I initially thought. Not any really clear clues, so I'll give a couple.

-There is one answer I much prefer, but there is another location nearby that I will accept. It is out of the picture, across the water to the left.
-The structure in the back more to the left of the picture is a bridge. (I actually don't remember for certain what that building is around the middle.)

Is that Irish Pride Sth. in the background?

That would mean that on the opposite side there should be Regional Offices, I don't recall the exact name.
