It's not Goodsprings, but it's one of the locations that most players pass at some point. Especially if doing the main quest and walking along the road.
Then here's the traveling merchant. Unless using mods, you don't see traveling merchants all over the Mojave, they appear only at a few specific places. -------------------- "I saw a politician the other day."
