I tried a 24" widescreen many years back but it was way too bright on my eyes and no matter what I did I couldn't get it to a comfortable level. Also, Oblivion is sort of a down-to-earth kinda game and that flatscreen gave me a way too polished world, if Khajiit knows what I mean. Newer monitors go for sharpness and photorealism. Hope your monitors don't go though because they don't make them any more.
My ex husband had a 19 inch CRT on one of his computers back in the day. Bastage was HEAVY. I couldn't move it. -------------------- And in the fury of this darkest hour

Most people I know are using two monitors. I don't have room for two monitors. lol. My old desk did, however, so I did use them.
