They're the two deity's he follows. Taken from the Imperial Library:
Leki (Saint of the Spirit Sword) Goddess daughter of Tall Papa, Leki is the goddess of aberrant swordsmanship. Onsi (Boneshaver) Notable warrior god of the Yokudan Ra Gada, Onsi taught Mankind how to pull their knives into swords. they can. but mostly it just sorts of adds an additional facts about your character and can reveal some of their personality. example being Anthanes.
