Will there be any co-op mode?

Something like what was shown in the trailers, npcs fighting in groups.

Wouldn't it be exciting if that archers on top of a wall means a that the town was going to be attacked?

Nothing about Co-op has been said, that I know of.

It would be cool though....

the devs have said no multiplayer, and I guess that includes any and all types of co-op

also, since we have an Oblivion section, I'll just go ahead and move this

Yup, no multiplayer. I'm actually kinda glad though because it would seriously distract from the story of the game.

I ten to agree with Kiln. But as an expansion or something I wouldnt mind

i think it would be cool if you could like take your char. online and have duels with other people or like big battles with a bunch of ppl

Please! If someone knows about a coop mod, tell us! I did a google search and didn't find anything.

Oh my god! I just checked the MWO forums again in a long time and it looks like they're finally working on a new build!

I think by co-op, Futebol ment NPCs fighting together, wich does not require multiplayer and is only natural with the new radiant AI. Plus, such co-op was already seen in Morrowind, during the main quest in Ald Daedroth where Ordinators fought the cultists.

Singleplayer Co-Op in OB ? God, I hope so !
The battle of Ald Daedroth, in which two opposing sides were Ordinator Elite Troops and Sheogorath followers, was one of the more exiting parts in MW - at least to me... You could've picked a side, as both of those groups didn't really care about you, and you could aid either Ordinators or Sheo's guys. However, if we're thinking ahead, I would like to see some improvements for OB Co-Op, like several commands for your NPC teammate, similar to those global commands seen in Star Wars Republic Commando... also, it would be nice to see some tolerance toward 'friendly fire' (remember how it would take only one punch in MW to get someone to try & kill you ?), because the last thing I want is my computer-controlled Nordic teammate to start swingin' his axe toward me because I accidentaly hit him

Of course, you'd have to be famous or respected....grandmaster of the imperial legion.

2 bad there wont be multiplayer but i hope theyll do a mod wit it

I just think it would be great if we could have a 2 player max coop on LAN only. No split screen crap on the xbox and no online play either thatd be to hard to do. LAN option would be nice.

Coop mode could be fun but since it's an RPG and it's styled as one person, it would make it diffucult to put together the main quest without alteration..

Unless you did it like they were going to do Fable. There would only be one actual PC, and the other player would just be like a merc.

There wont be multiplayer,thats a fact the peeps that made the game allready sade they want to focus on one thing and one thing only....to make it the greatest SINGLE PLAYER rpg ever.
